Japanese have a saying that a crane lives for a thousand years, but a turtle lives for ten thousand years. The minogame is a legendary turtle in Japan. It symbolizes good health. In the video, the master chef of the Shunraku Sushi restaurant, Hokkaido carves a sasa leaf in the shape of a minogame to be used as a decoration for a plate of sushi.
