Well it says raw tuna, raw salmon etc så i guess it's raw ;)
that looks freaking awesome ... to bad im allergic to pretty much anything that comes out the ocean ...F*$#
What is the yellow stuff?
Everything about this looks delicious, except for the squid, I have tried squid fried, raw, jerky, just don't like it.
