Do you know how to make it stop doing that?
Why do you want it to stop locking? If it stops, it’s considered broken because it won’t lock and hold anyone or a carseat in a collision. If you need to put a passenger there, I’d try to put them somewhere where there’s a lap/shoulder belt if it’s at all possible.

What is the tab, and how do I install with that?
Do you mean the folded over piece of webbing that keeps the latchplate from sliding down to the floor? If it's in the way of a lockoff, you may need to slide the carseat to one side a bit in order for the lockoff to close.

Is the thing by the feet able to go straight out for extended leg room? Or is it more for forward facing
Because I already have the nuna rava and wanted to get another nuna but I was going to get this thinking the foot thing was for extended rear facing.
@@alyssabrooke7168 For rear-facing, it's use is for anti-rebound, so it is placed tight against the vehicle seat back. The Rava will give your child a little bit more leg room when RF, but the EXEC does have the booster capability.

Thank u for posting this video. I have also been looking for videos where evenflo360 is used on the tesla. I have model 3. And does the forward facing on this car seat work with evenflo gold 360 slim or does it have gap? Does it have a gap? Knowing our headrest is non removable and a little tilt.
Yes, the Revolve360 Slim will work in the Model 3. There's a slight gap between the vehicle headrest and the carseat headrest, which is perfect. You can see pics of it in my M3 here: carseatblog.com/52360/evenflo-revolve-360-car-seat-review.
Yes the evenflo revolving 360 SLIM work on model 3 and the model too but rearfacing you have to move the front passage seat foward can still use that seat if you don't mind begin so close to the dash.
The top tether strap slides down and if tightened causes the car seat to tilt toward that direction. Do you have any tips?
Hi. Are you installing it in a Model X? What I do is pull it as high as I can on the shoulder of the vehicle seat and pull it as snug as I can. It seems to stay like that, but I’ve only had carseats installed for several days at a time since my kids are older now. You could try loosening the tether a smidge to see if overtightening it is causing it to slide down.

The strap is too short on my 2yr Olds legs. She still rear faces, so she's in the slot closest to her boby. How do I fix this
Hi. There are several reasons this may be happening. Lift the cover and make sure that the LATCH belt or seat belt (depending on which you're using to install the seat) isn't pressing down on the strap. Also make sure that you're using the same slot in the carseat shell as the cover as that will shorten it. If she's sitting on top of the strap, it may be time to move it to the outer slot position; you can use either slot position for rear-facing.

Thank you for making this video. Constructive feedback: 2mins in, we're still talking about how hard it is to use the center-seat and latch, latch, latch, latch. 4 mins in, use seat-belt; leather is slippery, no to covers. 6mins in, we're talking about movement, challenges etc. This entire video could likely be condensed into 5-8 minutes without the repetitive fluff. 8mins in, I gave up. Slippery leather, car seat moves, narrow place. Over and over and over. The first 8 minutes could be one minute.
NHTSA also now investigating Nuna Pipa lite for same installation issue, I don't think the government is going to let this one go. static.nhtsa.gov/odi/inv/2024/INOA-AQ24002-10514.pdf Maxi Cosi Coral was already recalled for this issue, highly likely that any car seat that does not meet this standard gets recalled

We were t-boned on the driver side. My son's Revolve 360 (passenger side) detached from the base and landed on the other side of the car towards the impact point. The carseat was installed with the seatbelt (preferred method) and locked into rearfacing position. We're were in a 2014 chevy cruze and all the curtain airbags deployed. With the Revolve 360, when reclined for rearfacing, there's no way for the seat to swivel to the rightside detach point. In my chevy, the backseat was too small to allow the sweat to swivel inward without being stopped by the door. We believe the force of the curtain airbags deploying and the fact that the vehicle was small, provided enough force to detach the seat. We returned the seat to evenflo for investigation and never heard anything.

Can you do all 3 across rear facing with nuna exec on model 3?
Hi. No. The Exec is too wide to fit 3-across in the M3. The closest I’ve come to doing a 3-across is with the Graco SlimFit 3 LX/True3Fit LX (must have 3 in the name). The Britax Poplar is very narrow as well, but won’t work as a forward-facing seat due to the vehicle head restraint.

You didn't say what configuration they need to be in, but 3 Execs facing all the same direction in the MY will be very tight. Do-able, yes, though the side impact pods at the top of the carseat may be damaged by being squished together.

You know . . . If you’re open to the Britax Poplar/Poplar S, that would easily work. It’s narrower than the Exec and will work with the MY head restraints because you can remove them on the sides if you ever place them there (if you use one in combo with the Exec, for example). Does the vehicle’s headrest interfere with the booster when the Britax headrest is fully extended?
Hi! It will definitely touch. I would install the seat with LATCH to keep it secure, but not rock solid tight. That way the One4Life headrest won't press into the vehicle's headrest as much. What Britax doesn't want to happen is the carseat headrest to be pushed forward to distortion-it should follow a straight line more or less.

Hi! I have a Toyota Land Cruiser Prado - no matter what I do, I cannot get the seat belt to lock for car seat installation. Not sure what to do! The manual doesn’t have those details - or at least I can’t find it.

How do you do this on a Britax where the hole on the clip is much smaller and you can’t actually twist the strap at all?
It is super hard on a Britax! You didn't mention which seat you have, but it'll be easier to do if it's installed in the car, rather than on the floor or a table. Make the harness as tight as you can. We're going to get woo-woo here: visualize how you want the buckle tong to lay (You know how when you're first learning to drive, if you look left, your car goes left? Yeah, we're doing that.). Visualizing it actually helps you naturally pull the buckle tong in the right direction. Starting at the bottom, fold over a piece of the harness and pull the tong over and up while increasing the fold. It'll be really hard and it took me about 5 tries going up and down before mine flipped. Good luck!

If you're installing this forward-facing on a bench seat do you need to attach the tether to anything?
Hi! Yes, you should definitely attach it to a tether anchor. I would try to place it in a seating position that has an anchor available. Your vehicle owner’s manual outlines where they are located. If you don’t have one, Google the model year, make, and model and you’ll be able to find a .pdf version. I do this all the time!

I honestly wish each Brand of baby car seat could supply a link to a video atleast of different ways to install a car seat. It would help so many people because brands may differ as well as cars.
OMG - seat manufacturers: Put adjustable heels on your seats so parents don't have to deal with this crap, get it wrong and injure their child.
Actually, the vast majority do but because of the variation of angle of vehicle seats, they can’t build big enough feet into seats to accommodate everyone.
