Wondering how to install your Nuna EXEC safely and correctly? I show you how to install the EXEC in a Tesla Model 3, but these techniques can be used to install your seat in any vehicle.

Nuna EXEC: fave.co/3Wqj4cG
The Nuna EXEC can be used in the following manner:
Rear-facing: 5-50 lbs. with a height limit of 49" or less, up to at least age 2 (longer preferred)
Forward-facing: 22-65 lbs. with a height limit of 49" or less, starting at age 2 or older
Highback booster: 40-120 lbs. with a height limit of 38-57" starting at age 4 at a minimum
It has True Tension doors for both rear- and forward-facing. These doors are belt tensioners, which make tight installations super easy for most vehicles. While these may give a secure installation, they should not be confused with lockoffs. Read more here (and of course, watch the installation video!): carseatsite.com/lockoffsbeltt....

Is the thing by the feet able to go straight out for extended leg room? Or is it more for forward facing

Because I already have the nuna rava and wanted to get another nuna but I was going to get this thinking the foot thing was for extended rear facing.

@@alyssabrooke7168 For rear-facing, it's use is for anti-rebound, so it is placed tight against the vehicle seat back. The Rava will give your child a little bit more leg room when RF, but the EXEC does have the booster capability.

Can you do all 3 across rear facing with nuna exec on model 3?

Hi. No. The Exec is too wide to fit 3-across in the M3. The closest I’ve come to doing a 3-across is with the Graco SlimFit 3 LX/True3Fit LX (must have 3 in the name). The Britax Poplar is very narrow as well, but won’t work as a forward-facing seat due to the vehicle head restraint.

@@CarSeatSite thank you. But this nuna exec can do all 3 across with model Y right?

You didn't say what configuration they need to be in, but 3 Execs facing all the same direction in the MY will be very tight. Do-able, yes, though the side impact pods at the top of the carseat may be damaged by being squished together.

You know . . . If you’re open to the Britax Poplar/Poplar S, that would easily work. It’s narrower than the Exec and will work with the MY head restraints because you can remove them on the sides if you ever place them there (if you use one in combo with the Exec, for example).
