  @@Brayzon well the DLC of the game tells you the story like previous installments and make sense as in you know what is going on. if you move to 3 right after playing the previous entries then surely it will cause you a few issues and before I explain them know that I do not hate connor or dislike the story as I read in many places people criticizing him. I don't have a problem with the game setting or characters or so. The first problem is the controls they aren't entirely covered in game as previous games gave you all the controls and tutorial pop ups too. here if you search on youtube "Assassins creed 3 Controls" you will see a AC UK youtube channel video 12 years old its 2 to 3 mins long and that actually taught me to play the game better and snatch weapons and even perform a double kill perfectly and even steal weapons and do a double sneak kill. the trading wasnt explained perfectly or anything else you gotta discover all on your own. there are also issues that the areas are too big and the tree climbing was procedural and fun but climbing down from them for synchronizing points wasn't well explained and many branch swinging sections had bugs that his hands remained glued and he won't move despite being in a correct angle. The ezio part in your video too I agree with as making ezio a playboy mad eit very non serious and boring. the cutscenes were well done in this game but the story isnt delivered perfectly. for example the first 3 sequences you play as haytham but the game fails to deliver this as you reach zioo and haytham finding the door and he moves out we take control of zioo on a loading screen as she tells the tale of haytham and then in the next scene we see that connor is reading a book. the game fails to show that it was actually connor reading from the book the story of haytham that zioo wrote and that is how he got to know who his father is. they also skip so many events leaving the story either confused or making no sense at many points. like why connor's father left and why charles lee attacks the village. this was covered in the Forsaken novel of AC that Lee comes to tell him something about his half sister (haytham's) and zioo finds out hes a templar and confronts him and haytham has to go to save her and zioo tells him to never come back. the game completely skips this and many of the things dont make sense as benjammin franklin tells haytham to collect the almanac pages and then bring it to them but why is connor collecitng them later on as the only time he sees franklin in the whole game is when the independence is being signed and thats the only actual time we see connor with benjammin franklin in the entire game with connor. there are also some side missions where connor goes to Commander Washington he says why have you called me while in main story that hasnt even been mentioned where he commands connor to secretly assassinate a couple of soldier snitches. the game also doesn't cover many mechanics such as predator combat and all and requires multiple replays and the running speeed and horse speed being too slow and kinda makes the game suck at some point. the gameplay and mechanics aren't bad just not properly explained or taught to the player. and unless you are a dev or using a guide to know all mechanics only then you can learn it properly. I tried to write this more detailed but for some reason youtube notification pop up made it disappear if accidentally closed lol so sorry if my comment kind of sucks XD. had to type this 4 times lol.

  My only problems with heat were the limited repairs and the absurd amount of damage the cops do to your car just by grazing it

  At least it's still Assassin's Creed and still a good one at that where you still get to play as Desmond. unlike AC Odyssey, where you play as Spartans and one of them lives for a 1000 years or something, the one after is just Vikings and the one after that is a wannabe AC1 with no facial animations. And i don't care much about the modern day story with the newer AC games, it looks like complete rubbish.

  Since october 2023, i decided to play all ac games because ive ever loved the story and also had never played any of them before. And, nowdays im finishing Valhala(And OMG thats so big i can even see the end gosh help me) and after all this games, AC3 was the one i hated the most. Its not a misunderstood gem, but a badly done game.

  People hate it because Connor is different people don’t like what different. Before I ever listen to anyone’s opinion I thought Connor was a great character and I see 3 was a great game.

  Valhalla is one of the worst games I’ve played in recent memory. Combat is stiff and janky, it’s bloated, boring and has a terrible story. The repetition in games is expected, but in this game it is flat out awful. Been all down hill since Origins with the RPG AC games.

  I felt like the game trying to hold me back. It seemed like the developers wanted a long game, so they made a 10 hour story and then stretched it to 40 hours by adding filler everywhere. For every hour of story missions I play two hours of filler. The only way to sprint is to hold the left joystick forward for like 6 seconds. This was so infuriating, because the L3 button does nothing in the game. This is so stupid.

  I loved the game but i agree a lot of plotlines were left unresolved. I was pissed when the mother was just killed. They definitely left a lot on the table that couldnhave been hashed out.

  As a Brazilian, I identify a lot with the soundtrack (the producer is Brazilian). Maybe the sounds didn't connect to you, but I bet they connected with latin community which is a big if not the biggest part of Miami culture. The saddest part to me is that the game is clearly half-baked. It had a lot of potential to beat MW2005 as the best game of thr franchise in my opinion, but there's something lacking in every single feature of the game.

  Amazing vid, but I recomend if you have the funds to get a better microphone. I know because a friend of mine was starting his carrier as a youtuber but didn't get lots of views and after buying a better mic he got a bit more but it was still a lot for him.

  Morality in Detroit is honestly pretty simple. Robots being mistreated and abused and fought back but wrongly convicted as a villain. It was a nice clear one sided story then giving us a choice whether or not to do it peacefully or violently But to me. It would be interesting if the android, maybe one or two are actually became sentient and turned out to be actually douchebag and asshole type because of their own accord. Like it would be cool to see that maybe both sides have a wrong in the story. Giving the player tough choices and understanding (but its just my own opinion)

  Bruv, this video is incredible, I can't believe it doesn't have more views. I remember when Detroit came out it was like nothing else. The whole game revolves around you, from the home screen with Chloe to the very end. Awesome video, man! Keep up the good work!

  Amazing video! Normally when I play games like these I’ll try and get into the head of the character I’m controlling and I’ll use whatever moral compass said character has. But it’s really interesting hearing someone dive into this on a level I’ve never seen before! This needs more views!

  Its just because fanboys are impossible to please, for years every game was the same and people complained that they wanted something new, when they did something new they wanted it to stay the same as the originals. The old games were to easy, and in my opinion there is more stealth options than the old games, you couldnt even crouch behind cover in the older games and you could one shot literally everyone in a second. The rpgs are better get over it

  Usually a hidden blade to the neck would one shot someone yeah.. I play Assassin's Creed to be an Assassin. If I want an open world game with great fighting I will go play Elden ring its combat is way better and more challenging. The combat isnt hard in the new games just clunky.

  @@joshd270 What game are you talking about that you can do that? The old AC's very rarely did you get into those situations and you definitely couldnt use an ability to instakill all of them. If you're talking Elden Ring then sure maybe certain mobs but the challenge is the bosses who take hundreds of deaths to beat

  @@Brayzon bro ezio could counter attack and kill literally any enemy instantly with the kill chain, there was even a challenge mode in brotherhood where you tried to get the highest kill combo you could. Go play the ezio trilogy again and tell me I'm wrong. I played through all of them multiple times. It was the same in black flag

  @@joshd270 Insta killing 30-40 enemies and being able counter enemies way weaker than our character and killing them are two different things. If I am the most skilled fighter by a landslide yes I should be able to take them out quickly.

  You obviously weren't raised in the poverty stricken city, were illegal everything is happening and the Po-Lice are as corrupt as the criminals, the story was decent, just wish it was more in depth and longer. For an arcade racer, it's one of the best and my all-time favorite.

  Thing I like about this game: The world is good, the story is one of the better ones ive seen in a while, but there are some things that could have been better. Graphics and audio is amazing. Eikon battles are epic, at least the first time. What I dont like: Simplifying it, making it into a one man action battle aka Kingdom Hearts, they should have allowed party members and ability building with more robust inventory like in FF7 remakes. Characters should have been somewhat more intresting, some of them feel rather generic or bland. Also some of the locations feel more like Dioramas than actual explorable areas, for instance you never get to explore Oriflamme or the Iron Kingdom that much. It's like in FFX, you see bare minimum of some of the areas while a lot of others while passing through. It is better though than in FFX or FF13, youre not just limited to some corridor you run(until certain points), you can actually explore some areas(in a limited way). Problem is because the item and inventory system is bare bones, most of the discoveries amount to pretty much nothing. Sidequest are the worst kind of you see in mmorpgs, mostly fetch or hunt quests aside from some exceptions that actually expand the world a bit. The amount of cutscenes compared to gameplay should have been more balanced too. Also, Final Fantasy, please, you don't need to copy Game of Thrones or Witcher or any other IP, just be your own thing like you used to be. If this wasnt named FF, and didn't have some of the things like familiar enemies in it, id seriously think I might be playing some Game of Thrones or Witcher like game. Score 7.2/10

  Two major gripes in my case that just destroy my enjoyment of the story: -The wasted potential when it came to the relationship between bearers and non bearers. EVERY SINGLE TIME bearers are perfectly good people being oppressed and non bearers are either evil or misguided. With so much world-building, even I could've written some decent, nuanced stories, but no. The writers just decided to quadruple down with the message of "bearers good" for like 70 hours, terrible waste and it gets boring 15 hours in. In a story that is all about self determination and having the will to define your place in life, bearers and non bearers are collectively written as good and evil respectively in the laziest manner possible. Hated it. -Joshua being alive ruins Clive's character development and nukes all the stakes that the amazing prologue sets up. The game went down two gears after we find out that Joshua is alive and it never recovered. Beyond my personal problem with the quest to destroy the mothercrystals, Clive dooms thousands of people to death and chaos just to "end the bearers plight".
