How do you feel about Spider Man Miles Morales?

I love the game, but 2 things story wise grind my gears: 1. How miles is treated, and how he responds. Whenever he gets blamed for something that isn't his fault, he doesn't fight back, he just feels spineless compared to peter. Whenever phin makes one of her shit arguments towards him, he just takes it, seriously, what the actual fuck is this writing? 2. How phin is treated. The story wants us to think that phin is this misunderstood hero in disguise, when in reality, she's just a piece of shit. She wants to stop nuform because she's aware of the effect it has on people, but doesn't give a shit when the underground is being affected by it? She refuses to take accountability for any of her actions, blaming spider man for miles' mom being injured? "Yeah, Im sorry we caused your mom to hurt herself and disrupted her rally, which literally confronts roxxon head on (a common enemy, it is beyond stupid thay phin doesn't work with rio given her connections), if only spider man hadn't stopped us? Not to mention, blaming him for getting kidnapped? He was the one who got brutally tortured lmao, why you blaming him? I could go on and on, but phin is beyond horrible

I didn't realize the first point but youre absolutely right. And with #2 I agree its like she has no common sense but is a genius

i honestly loved the game but i hated how they were just forcing phin to be the main villain here, it would've made more sense her brother didn't die and was actually the misunderstood hero in disguise as a villain because it could've worked as like a doc-ock or dr. conners type thing. Miles knew Phin and her brother and he knew her brother wanted achievements which was a good opportunity I also overall hate Phins writing. It literally took a city level bomb threat to get her to realize what she was doing and was blinded because Miles lied to her ONCE about being Spider-Man.

Great breakdown! I enjoyed the game… not as much as spiderman ps4 but I definitely got my moneys worth from it!

Agreed, I do wish it was maybe a couple hours longer but then people complain too much filler! Its a lose lose

i don't hate it but Miles just don't feel like spiderman, it just don't feel like a spiderman game.

I actually liked miles morales better than Spider-Man I loved his powers and they got rid of the Mary Jane missions

I like this one more than 2018, this one fixed miles morales for me, i dislike animated one and i finally got my miles
