I have taken on the challenge of self-filming my hunting, and other outdoor adventures as a contribution to the outdoor community. I absolutely love watching other people's hunting adventures and learning from their experiences. I hope that I can share some of that with other people through this channel.

There is a DVD set on eBay which shows how I use "Low Pressure Smokeless Loads in a 209 Factory Muzzleloader".
What about it? It's been a while since I made that video
Review of the spotting scope in this video. kzread.info/dash/bejne/Zn6DzLGCYMnXnto.html
Appreciate all the info u have provided, as a new hunter in Eastern Washington I am gathering tips and tricks I can and your channel has been helpful. Thanks
Thank you I really appreciate that. If you have any more questions or curiosities let me know and I will either answer you or maybe make another video about it. Good luck this year!
@@NotchingTags thanks bro
He aint too big gonna be like 150” prolly. Depending on when he shed
Thanks for the feedback. I have to agree. He is at about the highest eleven you can get in Washington state so I think he is behind the curve as far as growth goes. The low land bucks seem to be farther along. Just my theory
Deer
Yes?
Lmao😂😂😂😂😂
Oof
Yeah I just started shooting archery and this is a definite fear of mine lol
I have 10 pairs. 4 pairs have broken zippers due to zipper teeth separation. Had the zipper break wearing Verde Attack pants on a hunt. Not durable. Chinese manufactured garbage. Yes, they ARE made in China. Some in Taiwan.
Thanks for the feedback. I haven't had any zipper problems yet but it doesn't sound like I have put as many miles on them as you have. I didn't know they were made in China. That surprises me considering the price point! I have to assume you have 10 pairs because over all you like them, right?
@@NotchingTags yeah, until the zipper teeth started to separate. They have replaced pairs in the past but 4 pairs in a row have the same EXACT issue. They used be made in Canada. Attack pants are made in China. I have some things made in Taiwan but it is mostly China. I love the Attack pants but the zipper issue is bad. Was on a turkey hunt and had my verde pant zippers break. They are touted as durable. They are but not the tiny miniscule zippers. I have an Axis Hybrid jacket with stitching coming undone. It's only single stitched. $300 jacket. All Chinese made with NO quality control
All good to know. Thanks for sharing.
Putting them kids to work. A real dad right there
Thanks. They love to feel like they are helping, so I try to involve them as much as I can.
@@NotchingTags that’s sweet man. I hope you take them on lots of fishing adventures
Hi. Does this Bino Harness have molle webbing at the bottom?
Gosh, im sorry man I can't remember. It's been a while. Too bad I missed that detail
OK. I will tell you in the end of this month. I just ordered one😅. I would love to get an Alaska Guide Creations Bino Harness. Thing is that bino harnesses are not common at all in europe/ Germany. Since I can't compare which size fits best and almost every bino harness of any brand has to be imported to Germany which means increase the price Tags. Now I thought: Why not try the Boundless Performance for 60 bucks. And Upgrade later to AGC if I Like the size and useabilty. Thanks for your video 😉
No problem and thank you for watching.
Such a strong boy
Definitely a little trooper
You crushed a few dinks. Your definitely not conservatives. Out of state deer hunting is whipping out the species
If the species was being whipped out, your state would not sell multiple tags including doe tags to out of state hunters. Second, a dead deer is a dead deer. Whether a "dink" or 200 inches. It's still just filling a tag that I rightfully obtained from your state. Thanks for watching
Hahaha ouch i seen that first cast thought he was goin to get his dad didnt expect it to hit lil mans face.😅 ugh that cringe to the gut
I know that could have been worse. I think we all learned a little lesson there.
That’s a big fish that kid hooked it was the size of him
exactly the same size lol
I don’t want to be that dude, but if you’re fishing you should probably carry some antiseptic for stuff like this. A full grown dude got punctured with a hook while fishing and died a few weeks later from a bug that got on the hook and entered his bloodstream. He died of total organ failure. While it’s rare for that sort of thing to happen, it doesn’t hurt to play it safe, especially when it comes to bodies of water where who knows what’s in it.
Are you kidding me?! Thats crazy! I should definitely carry a complete first aid kid with these two let me tell you.
@@NotchingTags it’s not just for hooks either. Bluegill dorsal spine punctures can get infections too. They hurt like hell also.
Little dude kept fishing, took that like a champ. That however is exactly the reason I don't put hooks on the ends of anyone's lines (kide or otherwise) when I'm teaching them to cast, just a weight
yeah, that's what I should have done. All they wanted to do was cast anyway.
An earring? He almost lost an eye
well yeah...lol but I didn't want to scare him
Champ.
isn't he though!
Yes. Raising him right. Great job dad. And mom. He will grow and know how to handle things. I have a 20 and 16 year old. I miss them youngen days.
Thank you! Yeah I wouldn't mind if they would slow down on the growing up thing. They are at such a fun age right now.
Lol gotta have stories to tell ur buddys while ur fishin, heres ur first
He's getting a good jump on the big fish stories
Nothing a little ice cream and a “let’s not tell mom about this okay?” Can’t fix
ha ha yeah, Mon didn't find it very funny
My dad was teaching me in the grass when i was about there age, went to retrieve the lure, hook in my thumb. This a memory he wont forget 🤣
ha ha that's awesome. Yeah, he probably won't let his brother cast to close to him ever again.
I did that to my dad when I was about that age, but I got him in the hand
as someone else said. "A fisherman's baptism"
Don’t tell mom !!!
Hey man I was teaching my kiddo to fish the other day. I took the hook off and just let her use a bobber until she got the hang off the rod. Just an idea.
Oh, for sure. Hindsight that's exactly what I should have done because they didn't leave the hook in the water long enough to catch a fish anyway.
@@NotchingTags they think reeling is fishing lol
Exactly
That boy thuggin
lol a Band-Aid would have done the trick!
It's called a blood circle. Learn it and use it.
what is that?
He's hooked on fishing now!
He actually is! I have to convince him it's time to leave every time we go fishing.
Fisherman's baptismal ..
ha ha I've never heard that but its kind of true.
Great Daddy right there. ❤
Thank you. They make it easy I will say that.
Have you tried to see night sky? I’m confused to buy either 15x56 or 18x56 coz I want to use for night sky as well.
I have not tried night sky but I can tonight and get back to you. Hind sight I would get the 15x just for the easy of focusing. Supposedly the 15x's are easier to get focused up to your eye.
True🤣🤣
I have really started to try and pack other types of food even if it's only for the first night of the trip. Try and limit the freeze-dried meals.
Did you get him?
Heck yeah! Watch the full hunt if you want to on my youtube channel
Man I'm hoping 2024 is bountiful. Turkey season has been good to me so far, can't wait for deer season tho.
This season can't come soon enough!
"the longer we look at 'em the closer he is to dyin'🤣
Ha ha, yeah, I'm not too good at passing on bucks.
Nice young bull congrats i don't see any road under that side by side
Than you for watching and leaving a comment. Your support is appreciated
You're already driving a generator around. May as well use it
haha why didnt I think of that
Liquud bandaid
That's a great idea. I'll look into it.
Nice Bucks!
Thanks man! And thanks for watching
Notching Tags, This is fantastic! I subscribed right away!
Thanks man! I appreciate it.
Low Pressure 50 Caliber Smokeless Loads in a 209 Factory Muzzleloader, 2 DVD set | eBay These 2 DVDs contain a demonstration of using Low Pressure Smokeless Loads in a 50 caliber factory muzzleloader.
I'm sorry but I don't understand how this relates to the video?
@@NotchingTags If you had ever owned a Savage 10ML muzzleloader, which shoots smokeless powder, you would understand the difference in cleaning.
thanks for the confirmation that it is indeed a worm
Ha ha dude I was in disbelief. But yeah that's kinda funny
Try the Alaska guide creation Ravus and best part they are made in USA!!
Ok thanks! I'll check it out. I think I may have seen an add for it but yeah I don't know anything about that one.
You may not know this so I'll help if I can... The Eberlestock, along with almost every other popular binocular harness, does not come with a place to carry a rangefinder. This is because it is a system! It is made to use with the accessories that they sell for it. One of them is, of course, a rangefinder pouch. This is true of Marsupial, T&K, Kuiu, FHF, Stone Glacier, Mystery Ranch, Outdoor Vision, Eberlestock, and I am sure I am leaving some out. The point is, it is more unusual for a bino harness to come with a rangefinder pouch than it is for it to not come with one. That is a bonus for the Alaska Guide Creations, Vortex, and Badlands pack you tried in the video. But, every bino harness I listed that doesn't come with a rangefinder pouch, absolutely blows the badlands and vortex packs you showed out of the water and it isn't even close. That is why they are more expensive and you have to purchase a rangefinder pouch separately. Except for the Alaska Guide Creations. That one deserves to be in the same category as the Eberlestock and all the others I listed. I understand if price is an issue for you but in no way is the vortex or badlands even close to being on par with the other two. So in my opinion those were not even a fair comparison. I think you settled on the right one with the Eberlestock though so you came out good either way. Nice video man and good luck this year!
Yeah I understand your point. Thanks for your input and good luck to you too man!
The Glasspak Pro is such a great deal. Quality build and it includes the range finder pouch. Initially, I wanted a Marsupial but I would've spent $70 more if I bought the the harness and range finder pouch separately.
I've been considering some of these for running on the tripod. Not a fan of spotting scopes and feel the 18s will fill in nicely.
Thanks for the video. I’m looking at the 15x in either the Maven or Meopta. Not a lot out there in Maven.
I would suggest the 15x. They are just more user friendly
The customer service vortex has is outta this world really hard to find.
Molly webbing😂
Oh ha ha. Yeah that's right

Crap man! Thanks!
I got one I got mine for 185 had no sights put fiber optic sights on it now can't wait till the snow leaves to get to the range
