  The sentence is correct. "Paying bills" is a singular subject. The verb needs "-es." If the subject were just "bills," then the verb would need to be "stress."

  I think u did wrong accidentally because in the last part you showed from the examples “ my sister lets me use her car “ but in the up sentence it says that “ my professor let us use our phone “ which is correct because one gets “ s” Guys plz like the comment so that our perfect teacher can answer to this question 11:01

  That's a great question. LET is an irregular verb. All three forms are the same: let - let - let "My professor let us ..." is in the past simple, so the sentence is correct. :)
