  I drive for Uber, and guys like this give drivers a bad rep. I understand he could only take four people for safety reasons, but he is providing a service, and a little bedside manner would have gone a long way here. I am an Uber Platinum driver with hundreds of trips and a perfect 5-star rating. Smiling and positivity go a long way in preventing situations like this. I've heard some horror stories from my passengers and fellow Uber drivers, and 9 times out of 10, it's because the drivers pull up with attitudes like this-best of luck with your driving and content, man. Try to smile; it won't kill you, I promise.

  @ez2345 Look, I understand you're a Platinum driver with a stellar rating, and that's awesome! I'm glad you shared with the world your resume. I definitely appreciate a friendly face behind the wheel. But in my case, it wasn't about attitude, it was about safety. You mentioned you've heard horror stories - well, some of those come from exceeding passenger limits. There are guidelines for a reason, and cramming more people in than allowed is a risk I wasn't comfortable taking.Don't get me wrong, explaining the situation politely is key. Maybe I could have phrased it better. But you saw her responses, She was nice until she realized there were consequences. A smile goes a long way, but there are times when clear communication and following the rules are even more important. No hard feelings, and good luck with your driving!

  I've been a rideshare driver since 2016. Most of the time it's pretty cool. Drunk girls are the worst! At the end of the vid, the karate kid tries to scam a ride. Not a good way to start a night.

  The touching of the girls was uncomfortable moment for sure but other than that they were just average drunk girls that ask the same question multiple times lol. That last part is scary, I'm surprised that you don't use central locking...I would get so nervous when multiple people open the doors...you never know if you might get shanked in the neck or something. 😖

  Where passengers like these down rate a driver, there should be an option to upload the video of their behavior. And to extract their low point out of the calculation of the overall rating. People - drivers and riders alike should see the fake stuff right there on the app.
