Had another vomit all over my door and seats! Had another grabbing for my privates even while her boyfriend was watching! Luis De León I know but where I live that’s how cabbies make money. It’s basically 95% tourist-related trips. Most come out early to do airport transfers. Then go home and rest. Then return in the evening to take guests to and from restaurants. Those are are the freelancers, the radio dispatched ones have to work late to pick up the drunken tarts and cheaters lol. If you just work days, you won’t make much money unless you get a tour or hourly hire. Plus the greed keeps cabbies going, they can make up to 10 - 20 times more than any other tourism job pays per day especially during high season. I’ve made up to $300 - 500 a day and that’s with turning down certain calls I just didn’t want to take. One lady in my team boasted how she’d make up to $800 a day but of course many of them overcharge too, one of the reasons I stopped driving.

I don’t know where you live but if I were you, it’d stick to day trips and city fares, like business people etc. I actually did that for a while and met some nice classy business people which can get you more business. Like hourly hire and taking them out for dinner etc. They then tell their colleagues about you and your business gets better. I’ve even had business folks ask me why I was driving a cab because I seem so classy and articulate. One guy even made an appointment in his firm for me to get a job there! Like I said, don’t know where you live but if you’re in a large city, I’d suggest you stick around the business or shopping districts; get your own cards printed and see how it goes. Better yet as a freelance driver you don’t have to abide by taxi/transit teams regulations. Professionalism and dedication gets you ahead. When I was in the prime of transport business, I was well liked and requested; probably the only cab around that was clean, air freshened and had a candy bowl for clients! I even had regular customers, mostly women, but that would sit and wait for 30 - 45 minutes instead of taking another cab, just because they only wanted to go with me!

There is a reason cabs are crappy and have safety dividers in them. You guys out there in your brand new undivided cars are nuts. These people just tear up your cars and can attack you.

Sometimes I think Uber drivers have a bad attitude, but after watching videos like this I don't see how you *can't* have a bad attitude. Do taxi's have to put up with shit like that? Brody Kent I thought the same thing. I'm near Amish country here in PA, and he looked the part, even down to the non confrontational, unsure what to do in this situation.

The man has the patience of a saint. God bless all brave rideshare drivers. I don't use these rides; and after watching a few of these nightmare rides on KZread I am positive I never will!!
