It's also against the law to drive a vehicle that is over capacity. If there is only 5 seatbelts in the car, than the vehicles capacity limit is 5 people. Any more than that is unsafe for everyone in the vehicle.

No Insurance coverage............A big fat ticket.........Uber will drop you...............Your Insurance will drop you........You could lose your license.........You could go to jail.......Car impounded.. If you get into an accident, Uber/Your Insurance will not pay and you'll be stuck paying the bill................You don't have enough money to cover their medical bills....... They will sue you...........You're a broke ass Uber driver,you don't have money to cover a lawsuit...........you will most likely have wage garnishment for the rest of you life..........Not worth it
