    One of the petty human traits I can't bear. Human "authority" believing they know what's best, even to the detriment of a planet, nature and even a single animal. Would they rather she gave up her body, not being able to bear the distance? People are so icky with their fears and pettiness and stupidity. It's disgusting. Tell "the powers that wish they were" to grow a set and cowboy up, for crying out loud. This animal and this woman have planet-saving work to do! Get the hell out of their way.

    its horrible to hear them just say 'get used to it' its heartbreaking that people caring for these souls understand so little about theyre needs - no elephant should be in a zoo or servitude they should have the same rights as humans to not be ripped away from their families for entertaining humans

    100% right - zoos are not fit for purpose - they are just prisons for animals

    The attitude of the Zoo's lead Elephant keeper/tech/guardian toward depressed and lonely Simunye should be evaluated by the Kansas Zoo management. The lead's lack of empathy is concerning and therefore the welfare of the Swaziland elephant is concerning to me.

    I so agree with you. That one cross armed woman is a cold, cruel, heartless bitch who should not be allowed anywhere near animals and certainly should be immediately let go. Shocking lack of empathy, absolutely repugnant and heartbreaking. Elephants are every bit as sentient as humans and probably much more so. Prayers, best wishes and LOVE for Simunye and all others impacted negatively by humans 🐘

    Heartbreaking. I googled her and apparently she's pregnant (Oct 2023), which will definitely help with her loneliness and urge to migrate. She still doesn't have a female partner her own age though, I contacted Sedgwick Zoo to express my concern.

    I love seeing Anna communicating with and advocating for the animals. Very thorough and careful with her voicing for them. I’m just always so sad for anyone locked in zoos…it’s not right.

    I could (and have) listened to Anna all day. The problem for me is that she always makes animal communication sound/seem easy and it probably IS once you “get it” but I’ve found it still elusive. But then, “you never know” and I think one day I’ll find the right frequency.

    The attitude that she should just get over it and get used to hanging with the kids is horrible. I wonder if these young women would be satisfied with that in their lives? People who don't try to understand animals shouldn't be in charge of them.

    All elephants need to be in Sanctuary where they can live a more normal life with other elephants. Poor thing 😢

    Those women, especially the one in black top with her arms crossed the entire time, should immediately be discharged from their positions for cruelty and immense lack of empathy. Shame!! I'm shocked and heartbroken for Simunye and all the other elephants on Earth mistreated by man. The psychic feels stunned by the inhumane responses.

    The nurse mare foals that are taken away from don't they need to be bottle fed like the bottle calves? If not bottle fed , how are they fed?

  • @ReachOutToHorses
    @ReachOutToHorses3 ай бұрын

    When introduced to milk replacer one can do that in a bucket and show them how to drink. And so the nutrients are received without having to bottle feed.

    Typical zoo : we dont give a damn about what animals want. Zoo are jails for animals nothing else. MOney talks,only money. In real sanctuary there is no human visitors,they got so much more space to roam,natural space and they needs are look after. In this video shows how negative those keepers was.No we do not want to give her in sanctuary where she wants to go. No we do not want to reunite her partner(because we got money from selling her partner to another jail(zoo). No we do not create more space to them because we do not want to spend money on them,only minimum.This was so sad...and so clear how zoo see,think,"care" and respect animals they rare keeping in these prisons.All zoos should ban and those animals should let in real sanctuaries or safe natural habitat where they could live more happily,natural enviroment without stress,pain and mental disorders they are forced in zoos. www.theguardian.com/world/2016/mar/09/us-zoos-secretly-fly-elephants-swaziland-dallas-kansas-nebraska friendsofanimals.org/new-york-times-story-highlights-plight-of-pachyderms-and-foas-efforts-to-keep-them-in-the-wild/ friendsofanimals.org/cites-decision-to-ban-sending-wild-elephants-to-zoos-a-victory-for-legacy-of-swaziland-18/
