Best ever property podcast I have seen. This guy is a genius! his mentality on that boardroom reminded me the quotation of Imran Khan (Ex Pakistani Prime Minister and Cricketer) "you only lose when you give up" He has all the qualities to become a billionaire and I can see him becoming one soon. Love to learn and connect to him! Yasir Khan

Sorry but can we address the elephant in the room.....why is a fully grown man dressed like that, fake what he believes is a sophisticated accent and talk such a load of generic nonsense without clearly having achieved anything property related in his entire life. These podcasts/interviews are becoming ridiculous.

The common theme among all these interviewees is that they all seem to be running courses and seminars to the gullible and making easy money. Warren Buffett doesn't run courses. This is the Kiyosaki crowd. Read books don't attend seminars and waste your money. If you stick to one principal residence and keep moving into more premium suburbs you will cut out most of these risks and make a fortune tax free while living a high quality of life.

"I only care about ny students success" literally every so called student visit video is a not so subtle promotion of your course, which does in fact make you substantial profits. The words and the track record doesnt match

An interesting topic to philosophize about is whether it isn't easier to make money when you have fun doing what you do. The hypothesis that it is hard seems to be an excuse for those who have the same aspiration but have not reached it.

love this logical approach about how much is it worth to you. We recently had an offer accepted and here's my justification, it may help someone: House went on for 350,000 reduced to 335,00 after some time, (owner needs to move out for a bungalow for a better living standard for them.) New price drew in allot of interest to the point It had an offer already which was being considered. The house is in a good area, lots of land space, off road parking, double garage, good school catchment and matches price mark of other houses that are in worse areas with less of everything. To us we would of paid the asking but to not be too hasty with emotions and to compete with the other offer, I went in at 330,000 with a caveat of a second viewing which they gladly accepted and after that the offer was accepted! For a while I thought it was too easy and I must have overlooked something but after re-checking everything we believe what we have is amazing for us and there is nothing on the market better in our area for the price. We even took a builder family member with us on the second viewing and they approve.
