Because you showed support in the comments and how much you loved the video, I bring you 3 BEST Property Strategies you should start in 2024. In my opinion, these are really great ways to start making money through property investing.

Great video! Thanks as always, Saj.
The best time to buy will be early next year as panic set's in. The crash will be full on in the first quarter of next year. Great advice from you as always. I think the growth will be slower over the next few years. First thing we have a full blown crash coming next year. Interesting times ahead 🤔
“Offers over” a low price is a great move with a flip. I can vividly remember those types of properties catching my eye when I bought my first home.
Amazing thanks
Please can you do a video on Labour policy if they get in. Love your videos ❤❤❤
I am always wondering the shariah compliance issues with these strategies.. are they okay but not completely owning the property and locking it and make money when selling
For someone with less capital and looking for a control method what do you suggest. I was thinking rent to hmo but you have said it no longer works
The front runner currently are lease options with r2hmo this will grow as the recession kicks in in 2024 , not r2r or flips as leadtimes, margins are slim. Unless you're cash based then its rich pickings as this leads to further discounts

I couldn't disagree more. I speak to people from a variety of locations and there is nothing to query with Saj's pronunciation or accent. If that's the only observation you can make from watching this video I think you're missing the point of it.
