Even attempting to sell would not yield any profits. This scenario is expected to impact a significant number of people, particularly in light of the anticipated surge in layoffs and the rapid increase in the cost of living.
I suggest you offset your real estate and get into stocks, A recession as bad it can be, provides good buying opportunities in the markets if you’re careful and it can also create volatility giving great short time buy and sell opportunities too. This is not financial advise but get buying, cash isn’t king at all in this time!

man these numbers.....If i made 7200 contacts in a year, I believe Id sell 15x than 2. I didnt do anywhere near 7200 contacts my first year in 2023 and did 13 deals. Actually 12 came in the first 6 months but then i fell victim to not keeping my foot on the gas and got comfortable with all the success i was having starting out. Been following you since I started in nearly all my success was garnered by following you, your vids, and podcasts...thank you. 2024 i've only done 4 deals and im back in a rut and that's why im here for some motivation, guidance, and structure. #callreluctanceisreal

As an outbound prospector , I'm curious as I listen to all Brandon's videos of top producing agents who outbound prospect what system they use for text messaging. I hear their system of repetition through dials using their different numbers followed or split between text messaging. How are they text messaging on a large scale like that with so many random numbers from their calling list?

I love your videos however being a new agent in the UK I am finding that letter drops is the main prospecting outside of door knocking. Any advice for someone who can't get everyone's phone number and also on an area where FSBO is also very low if any. Would love a prospective of other ways to generate those conversations per day
