This is great, but something to think about is he isn’t really BRAND NEW. He came from an extensive background of trying to generate leads and working in real estate in general through wholesaling. Thats super important. I want to hear from someone who went from a job COMPLETELY unrelated to real estate and sales starting anew and becoming successful. Interview a gas station cashier who does 15k a month now. That’d be sick. That’d be relatable for a TON of people.

Thanks Brandon, Your program was the kickstart to my career. In year 1 2022, I had 1 sale prior to signing up to your course midway thru the year. Started on the phones and vulcan7 and ended that year with another sale. Year 2 (2023) was able to clear 10 million in sales. This year, on track to close 20 million in sales volume with half the year to go! All door knocking with phone calls when they don’t pick up. Thank you so much, would be more than happy to share my story if interested.

Thank you for this.I have a banking and HR background. I just became licensed in March. I’m working with expired listings and FSBOs, so this is motivational. I see some changes I need to make.

Hi Brandon! I am a brand new real estate agent in San Jose, CA and have recently decided to leave my job as a scientist at a biopharmaceutical company and go into real estate full time. I hope that one day I will be giving interviews like this telling the story of how I built a successful real estate business from scratch. Thanks so much for the motivation!

Just had a buyer ghost me and it's my fault for not following up enough either, the best life lessons come from your mistakes and errors

Hi Brandon ive been in the same office since getting licensed a little over 2 years and i see alot of favoritism in the office and ive been very dedicated to my work and loyal to the broker and i feel undervalued is it the right thing to ignore this feeling? Will appreciate your advice

Dealing with something similar although I’m newer. I see how office politics run things so I’m keeping my head down doing my job and helping out when I can.

That’s all you had to say Florida, New Jersey, Texas everything selling like hotcakes. Interview a new random realtor in California New York or anywhere else. Do you have any mentees that aren’t doing great? Interview them
