Yes it’s so true! Not every buyer wants to be obliged to deal with a single agent! I asked my buyers to sign it and they agreed! But I’ve already been working with them and representing them for over a year without any commitments!
Can I make a request to have someone come on the podcast to do objection handling live?
Perhaps using examples that reflect everyday Americans instead of the 1% elites would be helpful…. Just referencing the first objection so far

These tactics might work with an average Joe, but it all sounds way too salesy to me (no offense). I’m way more about being direct and honest instead of using cheesy and somewhat condescending-sounding language and tone. Just say “I know it’s not exactly the ideal time but honestly it never really is because the real estate market changes all the time and always has throughout history, it is what it is, so you can either wait it out for years for conditions to change or figure out a way to make it work. that’s exactly what I can help you with because I have expertise in dealing with all types of market situations. Then you could potentially get into the story about how you bought your own house and/ or other examples where you have helped people in difficult times. There you go, give that a try 🙂

I always follow up the prospects initial statements with “tell me more”. I’m just looking for them to let their guard down and tell me their story.
