I’m a native. It’s not what it was. The snowbirds would come and go. Then they stayed and wanted it to be like where they left. Great place to be if you’re rich, bad to be poor. Traffic is horrible, crime and homeless people make it scary.

Video title says "Why Is Everyone LEAVING Tucson Arizona?", yet she is telling people on the comment board that everyone is moving to Tucson. This kind of never ending lying is all over Tucson, and is one of the reasons why people are moving, because Tucson is one big never ending mind-screw. The only people who get to live in peace in Tucson are Mormons & the witchcraft communities. ... Everyone else is getting harassed, stalked, falsely accused, harassed in all the grocery & retail stores, harassed and stalked in all of the Apartments ... and NO ONE is doing anything to stop all those religious based communities from destroying the lives of innocent people because they refuse to join the Mormon church or a coven of witches. IMO, most of the people on this comment board who are saying they love Tucson are either Mormons or Witches. Then there are the Democrats who live in Tucson who viciously hate Republicans, and will scorn and degrade them. Even gov officials will not help you if you are a Republican. Tucson is filled with religious extremist and political extremist who are literally engaging in terrorist acts against people they don't like. Stalking them, running them off the road, popping loud illegal fireworks outside of the homes of people they don't like in the middle of the night all year round. People knocking on your door between 3:00am and 5:00 am, and when you answer, they just say, "Got the wrong address". Then 2 weeks later, it's someone else doing the same thing. Then a month after that, someone else. Then after that one .... the first one does it to you again.. yeah, Tucson is a beautiful place. It's beautiful for witches, satan worshipers and mormons. Everyone else has no touch torture campaigns done on them until they finally move out. It's so bad, that even U of A students FLEE Tucson, and finish their degree elsewhere. People are not moving out of Tucson .... they are fleeing this lunatic satan worship city ...

Good afternoon! Thank you for this great video that compares these two great areas! Back when we were in Tucson for 2 weeks of camping, we visited both spots. There are definite pluses and minuses for both places, for us. I really enjoyed the closer access to “stuff” in the Catalina Foothills. And, the views were stunning! But, it felt like the prices were higher. And, the properties seemed to have more undulating terrain due to the various wadis, gulches, and ridges. Though I did see many many hiking areas in the Foothills area, I could feel that there are more people on these trails. I did like the extra space that I felt in the Vail area. The views are also awesome with the Rincon Mountains; as well as the recreation wasn’t overpopulated due to the distance from Tucson. And, I definitely felt that one gets more for their money in Vail. For us, we would tend towards the Foothills area, I think. We mostly just want to have access to more stuff and things to do (I say that tongue in cheek-ish as I do enjoy space……..and we also have a travel trailer that I would love to store on the property. For those reasons, and not the subject of this video, we would more tend towards Oro Valley and Casas Adobes and Tanque Verde. We are returning to Tucson in 2 weeks! This will be our summer orientation hehehe. I am actually in Palm Springs currently for work; and my wife was able to come on this trip too. So…..she gets the even higher temps orientation here in the Mojave desert. And then we will relocate to Tucson to check out that area again! Have a great day!

The cost increase in rent/buying was a shocker as was the massive increase in homeless. Sure it always existed but unless you went to 4th ave area it was older(what used to be considred typical homeless)now it's so many college aged drugged out/checked out kids everywhere. Drove by oracle and grant saw the circle K with 20 to 30 obviously street kids and hookers just hanging out passing joints around. Yes that area was always bad but nothing like this.
