Outdoor activities are dangerous during the day. Are there indoor pools and recreation?

What if someone under 55 wants to buy in sunflower? Will they block the sale.

It is an age restricted community so they have covenants, conditions and restrictions(CC&Rs) that state in at least 90% of all units, someone age 55 + must reside, the other 10% allows for age 50-54. Happy to email a copy of the document if you are interested in reading more in depth. There are some great communities around the area that are not age restricted as well.

Soo a realtor that covers all of pima county states that when police are called they take days to come unless you say that your life is in imminent danger. Also that there are many pedestrian deaths. Please educate us about this. The local Tucson news channel has some pretty scary stories you can watch in real time. We are considering vail. Did you grow up in Tucson?

@RABPWarrior I have heard police are slower to respond to certain calls over the last couple years.
