In my experience, A guy can start out with a 4-5 gpm machine, X-Jet , Downstream setup, and Clean just about Anything efficiently. All these " Soft-Wash " setups are cool, But Not Needed. And This Video makes that point very clear, Thank You!!
Very Nice Build ! I really like that small trailer setup. All Business / No Fluff 💪.
Thanks! We are very happy with how these turned out and perform.
Do you need an extra vacuum vleaner for the dirtwater removal or does it just connect the hose to it???
No additional vacuum is required. The equipment uses a venturi valve to create a low pressure that moves the dirty water
Hard to understand what's being said. Music is loud.
Wow good knowledge. Thanks
These guys are great.
Link to products would be nice
Thanks for the tip. Links Added!

I never had to turn anything, and i carried about 750 gallons of water all the time, and i used the two cleaners also, but i didn't have to turn any nozzles in order to get the other chemical to come out, i just let go of the trigger on the gun and the squeeze again , and the i had the other chemical comin g out and do the same thing for the clean water, and i used a four foot wand not a 6 foot. I spent much time on cleaning the alumin um wheels to get them nice and clean. Yes, you do have to watch the acid because the HF acid would hurt the glass if it dried on there and some of the anodized aluminum would turn white if you weren't careful. My equipment was all mounted inside my van and i had about 30,000 dollars worth of stuff in there and four different chemicals ad wax as well.
Can I pick your brain boss ?
Okayyyyyy
Hi , how can i strat mobile truck wash business
No buffer tank needed?
I would like to know if do you have a office or representative in Brazil!
I wish the music (aka noise) was louder. I could almost hear what you were saying.
Bro 🎉
Can a Kranzle 1322 pressure washer work for cleaning the pipes.. no roots.. just grease/slime throughout. Had it scoped via camera.. only saw nasty grease crap in it. Kranzle is about 2gpm at 1200psi or so.. with a 100 foot or so jetter line from amazon (about $120 for the hose/nozzles).. kranzle is typically a lot more pressure than claimed and hate to have to buy a special unit just to clean drains every few years.. but dont want to drop $4K for a one time clean out through various local companies.
Your background music needs to be toned down a bit so watchers can hear more clearly what the product does, how to mix by what ratios, what surfaces it can be used on, etcetera. Music is just to loud to hear anything else
Does the fumes cause issue after you roll out?
I have two questions for you! So you said the acid cleaner should be low pressure and only through the hose. But what if I just increase the pressure for the alkaline cleaner, but make it inject through the hose and not the pump, will that still work? Also, what ratios are the two cleaners coming out at. Thanks!
When I first started 2 step washing, I used foam canons to apply each step and then high pressured off. My business started growing so I plumbed my acid and citrus thru my machine to be more efficient. I downstream the acid because it will damage your pump. I upstream the citrus with high pressure hot water only if the truck is bad because it just increases the cleaning power. If it isn't bad, I apply both and cold rinse 15 minutes I'm done. I hope this helped you out my friend.
Good job did you use 10cc or 20? Trying to see if I have enough with the 10cc for a new f150
How much wash pump?
We can put a rig together a system to fit most budgets. You can see what we offer here: cougarchemical.com/collections/start-your-own-business

Not practical for a large fleet wash, how do you get in between the truck using the long wand, do you have to switch wands each time the washer comes from in between? also if you use 35 gallons of fresh water per tractor and half gallon of chemical per tractor, it wouldnt be cost affective for a fleet of say 200 units. Considering the extremily high cost of your chemical. you would have to charge $100 per unit. What about Trailors, School busses ect? and as slow as your demo guy is moving, it would take a month to wash a fleet. Please clarify
a commercial washing place charges $120 to acid wash aluminum livestock trailers
Doesn’t it smell like gas and chlorine in van
I'm interested in pricing and shipping, also if these chemicals are polish safe
Would really like to see a demo on a really dirty floor.
You don't use DI water
In Memphis, we have a very low dissolved solids content in our water so using DI water isn't a common or necessary practice. If you have hard water, DI is a little more helpful or you could dry your vehicle.
So you guys don't use DI water I believe you cannot run DI water on a hot pressure washer
🎂 sweet
The correct dilution is until you feel on your fingers a lubricity or slick the soap between moving the fingers together
where can i buy the chem. at?
what is the price point between this model and the SGG1
Awesome
lol nice 👍🏾 video.
What about the runoff of product? Will it damage the parking lines nearby?
Very possibly. Using the power washer to remove the un-wanted paint will significantly dilute the chemical but it is absolutely possible to damage surrounding finishes. Good Point, use caution in all you do!
@@Cougardifference thanks. We are just getting into parking lot maintenance. Been power washing for years. Thanks for these tips.
Great info , thanks.
How can get some products from y’all?
Email us at [email protected]
Years ago EPA was cracking down because of runoff with grease and spilt fuel running into the ground. Is there anything changed on their outlook at this? Thanks
Never let oil or fuel run off. The cleaning detergents used here are phosphate free and when used together, they neutralize each other so the impact is low but many municipalities require all run off water to be captured and recycled. If you want to capture and recycle, we can outfit a mobile system with a reclaim system like this one: kzread.info/dash/bejne/o5ltl8ijm8augdo.html We can also offer a dedicated mobile reclaim system from Landa, the ECOS trailer: kzread.info/dash/bejne/ZX-OyNybfdatj9o.html
What would be best for washing away the butter fat that spills over and sticks to the exterior of the tank trailers?? #MilkHaulers#CreamHaulers
The hot water power washer will do most of the work. I'd recommend a stout degreaser like our Formula #10, Heavy Duty Degreaser.
Im really new into fleet washing. I want a setup like this one, how much will it cost and where can I get all the stuff to begin. Will I need a Cube van or truck and trailer to move the tools. Please help me out
Abraham, a unit like that would sell for $20k - $25k. We do have options for about budget. Give us a call at the shop, 901-362-8373 or email [email protected]. We can discuss your needs and options to get you going.

I have a number of Accudose parts including metering tips that I'd prefer to sell rather than throw away. Please comment if interested.

I'm 16, and Im looking into doing this. Context: my dad works for a small trucking business. His boss was saying that something happened to his truck washer (or he did a half ass job) and suggested I try it. What equipment will I need to invest in, and what do I need to know going in to it. If you could make a video on that or reply giving me info, I'd greatly appreciate it
Hey Xi, you the video covers the kind of equipment, supplies and accessories you need. Any of the hot water units can get this done. You can see our mobile units here: cougarchemical.com/collections/trailer-mounted-pressure-washers We have a pretty good gallery of mobile units that we have done that you can take a look at here: cougarchemical.com/pages/equipment-photo-gallery If you have any questions, don't hesitate to give us a call at 800-467-3270
How much is investment I am looking to start in Hamilton ontario and how to find customer...
Literally go to truck yards on a sunny weekend, and you’ll 100% find someone who wants to get their truck washed
Did you open your business in Hamilton ?
If going up a drain that "y's" how do you get to left or right?
Good question. Never ran into that situation.
Is there an optimal water temp?
Great question! 140° is a sweet spot that is effective and fuel efficient.
@@Cougardifference Awesome thank you for your reply. Any suggestions on a add on heater for existing pressure washer setup.
Does the burner radiate a lot of heat inside the van?
It gets warm in there. Both cargo doors need to be open when running
Could I get a quote for a 6’ bed getting the basic setup for a beginner but enough to do most common jobs?
Hey Javier, Just starting out with a standard 6' bed, I'd recommend you look at the detail skids. The 200 gallon model with a 4 gallon belt drive unit has plenty of power and the turn-key set up will cost around $4200. cougarchemical.com/collections/skid-mounted-pressure-washers/products/cougar-200-detail-skid
@@Cougardifference Oh great, appreciate the help. Do you ship to california?
@@YeshuaSaves3 Yep. We can ship the skid unit.
@@Cougardifference Appreciate the help.
I like this coating very much. I get 2+ months out of it.The only hiccup is if/when the tire is curbed(🤦♂️) this coating NEVER looks the same. Best to remove it then reapply. This brings me to the next obstacle.. removal. OPT recommends their TAR... if I dont have this, what can I use instead? Tar remover or adhesive remover?
I have had to remove the coating a few times for exactly the reason you mention. At the end of life, it's best to strip it and start over. I use a commercial floor wax stripper. The tire coating has a similar composition to commercial floor wax so the stripper works fantastically.
@@michaelfields9084 EXCELLENT info. Thank u so much...
Nice video! I'm actually looking to build a commercial system on an aluminum flatbed dually truck. I will want hot water and preferably a 500+ gallon buffer tank (or 2 separate ones with a transfer), all electric hose reels and 2 separate machines preferably one of them being 10 or 11 gpm and the other 8 gpm. My goal for 2022 is to focus more on commercial work and to fill the gaps with residential.
That would be a cool rig. If you need help, let us know.
