Ice storm of January 2024 gave us a chance to test how well a hot water pressure washer can remove ice from our parking lot and loading area. To keep the pressure washer and the ice from re-freezing we treated out water tank with Calcium Chloride. Combining the heat, chemical, water flow and pressure we found that it is possible to use your hot water pressure washer to remove ice from concrete.
