I just found your channel. The cleaning solution was very helpful. I have many pieces of jewelry that I’ve collected and a stash I’ve received from various grandmothers and aunts over the years. I’ve started to sort it all out and must decided how to dispose of a good portion. I’m only keeping pieces that are important to me. Some of the vintage items from the early 1900’s through 1980’s need repair or cleaning. And by donating the unwanted pieces, they may have value to someone else. That was a fab haul! I think the graduated egg yolk amber beads are my favourite. Classic but bold. Liked the 2 other amber bead strings, also. Did you try the Parma Violets? Did you like them?? They tend to be a 'love them or hate them' sweet!

This week I found two rings up here in a jewelry jar in Canada.They are the same style and look as 19:13 and I’ve googled lensed them and reached and I can’t find who made them.Do you know the company who made that ring? I love mine because it has December with a birthstone (my month) the there was a May one.They look sort of Avon-y but I’m dying to know who made them so I can find more❤ Ty

The brooch is unmarked but I believe it’s 1950’s or later as is the moon glow beads. The beautiful cobalt glass beads are antique❤️❤️❤️

Hey everyone, I need help!!!!! My mother just passed away and left me a Cameo set. The box it came in is a white shell with a button latch. Once open the top is cloth and say's Cameo Factory Naples. The pieces are a ring, Necklace, and a set of screw back earrings. There is a small stamp on the back of them that say's g 800. There is a note also that say's "Dad was in the Navy and shipped to Spain in the early 60's. The cameo's them selves look like this. White background and coco brown pony tail girl with what look's like a crown on her head. The girl's also have a very straight nose to her. PLEASE SOMEONE CAN YOU HELP ME!?
@@timmcdonald5503 it sounds as though you have a cameo set from Naples Italy. The set was most likely purchased in the early 1950’s or 1969’s From your description it sounds as if they could possibly be made from mother of pearl. The 800 mark on the back could possibly mean that they are a lower grade of sterling. Sterling is usually marked 925 but often pieces of a lower grade will be marked 800. It basically means that it is a silver alloy that is 80% pure ( silver ) and 20% of some other alloy. Whereas 925 silver is 92.5% pure. Thank you for watching and hopefully this helps. ❤️

The sombrero is from Diamond's International. It is Most likely from a cruise. When you are on the ship they give you the bracelet and if you stop in the store at each port they will give you a free gift which is usually a charm.

Ive been on the hunt (locally anyway) for Sarah Coventry pieces and found one that's called a 'sputnik' broach..not overly familiar with it yet as im just starting out, but i thought it was really neat and i paid $12 for it. What a great bag!! My favorite is your 18kt gold bird of paradise pendant. I have a GF pin just like it that my brother gave me after he took a vacation on a tropical island many years ago. I just looked it up and your bird is probably the Bermuda Longtail. The brass object at 8:50 is possibly a bent Asian cabinet lock. I enjoy your videos!
