That dog woke up from a bad dream. That was not a seizure. My frenchie suffers from random seizures that last 5 to 10 mins.

This is also a very unsafe sleep practice, if the cat lays down over the baby it could cause suffocation. There are already a few recorded cases iirc

It wasn’t a seizure. That’s not what dog seizures look like! He woke from a dream or nightmare which is why he recovers so quickly. And he scared the other dog which is why the other dog ‘aggresses’ briefly.

I got a gecko *because* she has floppy tail. She was housed with other geckos in way too small of a tank. I provided real plants, moss, hides, a variety of perched in various sizes, and a gecktopia perch. She’s doing great. It’s been about 2 years now and her floppy tail hasn’t gotten any worse.

It's so funny that this popped up, because the video right before this is showing people with their dogs in safety vests. And as much good intention as it is, it is anthropomorphizing them and actually putting them in harm's way because they lose their instinct when people dress them up in clothes.

Are you dumb dogs are smart and very adaptive how do you think dogs are capable of being humans support animals because they can read signs before most humans can that dog knew what he was doing he learned there was something wrong with his buddy and the only way to control him was to stop him and call him down just like a human seizure you get them called down and get them to breath and relax dog did just that you shouldn’t be a vet not knowing a dog is capable of telling another dog is in pain or going through something not everything is play time with them lol like really are you that slow?

It’s a cats maternal instinct kicking in that’s stopping her from eating the bunnies young I think. As soon as that wears off, not only will she lose all interest on her own cats to let them make their own way, but she’ll then chow down on the bunnies too 💀🐰

Im a Vet and the retriever woke up during a nightmare and theres 2 scenarios. One, the other dog was startled and dominated him to stop the retriever. Second, dogs(not all) have been found to do acts that comforts humans and other animals. Theres a possibility that he was actualy comforting the retriever. However yes people need to stop anthropomorphising canines.

There’s a differences between playfully assuming what your pet might be thinking and treating it like a human being. We have 2 very smart kitties with huge personalities and we joke about what they maybe saying or thinking but when there’s something going on I google cat behavior because they aren’t people and they think differently than we do. Parenting a cat is not the same as a baby lmao

Honestly I am convinced my dog knows I’m about to be dizzy before me because he will lean on me till I’m sitting then lay on me with his face in mine. I’m going to be talking to my doctor about pots I have had these symptoms for forever but I use to be anemic and haven’t been for a long time but they are still getting worse
