Paul here and I was in the hospital and had my doctor remove a cist from the side of my lower leg. He had to send it into the lab to have them take a look at it. A blue cist that is cancerous. Years ago Dr. Bernette removed this cist while I was in a body cast. He was glad to removed it. I do walk for the cancer survivors fund raisers. The American cancer people will annouce when they have a cancer walk. They light candles too. Give us a good dinner and then we all go around the track one time at least. I got in yesterday two three foot 1 inch dowels rod for making self defence tools out of oak. Matt Paccuinilli on facebook and on youtube too. I just watch the little videos and then if I can recall practice these moves. Am still reading the book When violance is the answer. We may have to do the first move in order to save ourselves from being hurt or anything else. All this happes in seconds. This lady was married to the leader of the Guardian Angles in New York. These men attacked here and beat the mess out of her good. She tried to defend herself and ws over powered. They left her alone and she did not get rapped. Please don't give up on exercising daily and on learning to defend one's self. On my bicycle when out ridding these little kids came up on me. They were throwing rocks at me. So I started to throw my bicycle at them. Finially they left and went on. Matt is a good teacher. Oh I forgot that this lady sent me all her law enforcement self defense books that she had to purchase. I got over the presure points and soft body parts too. The book when violence is the answer is good so far still reading it. The two sticks I made last night is good for in the jeep just in case. I have little one's for each hand too. Still working on these. It may be hard to do yet try really hard to keep on open mind. We are to learn for the rest of our lives. How = Honesty, Openmindedness, willingness. Paul in Ohio
