they gave lidia if you pay 7.99 you can win easily dlc move list. Typical namco. They’ve yet to address the online, the bad connections, no wifi filter, cheaters still rampant everywhere, block feature only works in ranked so people you have blocked can harass you in casual lobbies, no way to easily do longer sets, sessions are busted absolutely busted people just sitting there not accepting matches, it only shows four bars now after the update, no wifi filter? should have a quick rematch option with auto stage select built in. Due to the length of heat engagers, heat smashes and rage arts along with combo length and how long it takes to get a match you spend more time staring at the screen or being frustrated then playing last night i finally found someone that was close to tekken god and we have 7 sets of first to 2 and it was very enjoyable. I got destroyed lol. I won 2 sets though and improved over time but it was fun to learn via longer set. how to deal with lili her absurd movement and combo damage dear god if there are walls she does so much but it was fun even though i lost at least 5 to 6 sets and took the last one at the end. I enjoy that experience i dont mind losing. i mind my time being wasted they need to fix the online which has been a problem for well over a decade now

Not sure why you think you should be able to play her for free, even if it is just in practice . . . that's just fucking stupid! Yes, these practices are bad all round and over-monetization is killing a lot of what's good about gaming . . . but doesn't change the fact you're an idiot for thinking you should be able to lab a paid for dlc for free

This community overrates everyone and everything. Let's see some of her nerfs: - D2 is -4 on hit it used to be -1. - Her df2 is +0 on block and she's forced to go into the stance which means characters with i12 mids will be able to OS all the stance options. Her old df2 was miles better, it was a counter mid check, it tracked well and more importantly she didn't have to go into stance. - New ff2 is weaker now simply cause, again, she's forced to shift to her horse stance, she's +5 and her fastest move from the stance is i16.. do the ppl understand frames? Reina can choose whether to go into stance or not Lidia cant. Her good moves like b21 and df43 are removed. Other characters just use heat she gotta unlock level 3 HAE. She seems like a strong character but not top tier, not OP.. There are some great new moves like B1 and QCF4(marking+1 on block +10 on hit) but she's not OP, she can't be top tier next to Nina, Yoshi, Jin etc
+ she seems pretty hard to play with

He does realize this is a pretty normal release window for tekken even in T7 most characters were revealed n shown 2-3 months in advance like I do think they shouldn’t have released the early access footage before the tekken talk tho but everything they doing now is pretty much the same as T7 for the most part just unlike during T7 lifetime most games are pumping shit out a little bit faster now so now it seems like it’s slow but in reality it’s been like this n it gives ppl time to try out lidia without over lapping on street fighters stuff since they dropped akuma n bison back to back while we waiting on lidia n the summer update after our 2 massive patches

Honestly not interested in Lidia and im a legacy player so im not really interested in playing her. Gonna lab the character and thats it. I want my main AK back. I would like to see some characters that havent been around for a long time like Alex or slim bob. Just someone that deserves a glow up and a overhaul to be better. I never really played bruce but i will say this. They have tried incorporating muay thai characters and it hasnt really been a big success fahkumram was just mechanically strong. Just give people bruce so theres a muay thai character in the game. I want to see some new characters in the next seasons though maybe 1 this year if not then next year. I would like a new playstyle of a character even though its difficult to do.
I think she's pretty much ok, besides b1, ff1 and ff2, she's pretty much unsafe (damn, man, flash punches now being launch punishable IS something to consider). I don't think THAT one move we are concerned should be only -11 tho, but that's literally just it. I can't wait to play her.
The problem for those that are used to the PS controller is that you are used to a gummy/rubber dome button interface where you apply pressure to the dpad. The xbox dpad uses metal switches to it's extremely tactile. Thia means that you so have to apply as much pressure to make inputs. Kbd is pretty awesome on the xbox series controller because you really don't move your thumb position at all. And because it's very tactile you can more easily remember how a kbd feels.
Haters won't pick. Lovers will. I believe even 10% of Lidia mains will make her remain in Tekken 9. I love Lidia so much.
Hey . I have a tekken challenge for you. I would luv to watch you try to get tekken God with a character with out using bind in your juggles only air juggles. 😊 I think u can do it and it will be fun content. 😊

Nina 2 is one of the worst picks for a DLC character at this point. I can't imagine the season pass sales being high. Eddy is cool, but he's definitely not a selling point. It would make sense to go with a high selling point after Eddy. Ancient Ogre would've been perfect to go along with the Tekken 3 theme. A Ogre and Jun reunion fight would've kept the hype alive.
She likley will be high tier till at least the next big balance patch. 😤

Let's cut to to the chase, and this breaks my heart as a KOF player Even if KOF 15 has 1 Good Rollback from the Start 2 Good Matchmaking from the Start 3 Hypothetically has a Good one player mode comparable to SF6 4 A Good Cinematic Story Mode comparable to MK9 (arguably the best cinematic story mode of any FG) 5 Hypothetically has SF6 Graphics or better 6 TEN BILLION Dollars prize in World SNK Tournament accompanied by loud marketing 7 All the countries where KOF were popular at were all given Free visas and accomodations to travel 8 Billions of Dollars spent at marketing from thee best marketing agencies/firms/entities in the world to the most popular influencers both casual and respected FGC names 9 The Best Single Player Fighting game content 10 15 DLC's per year with 2 free making it 17 11 10 boss rush 12 Every character has an EX version 13 Every character has an alternative attire 14 Yearly and Constant updates and transparency from the Devs It would still be the LEAST entered tournament in Evo this year, because the problem with KOF is STIGMA!! it just does NOT draw in the states people are DRAWN AGAINST it The numbers should tell you that KOF is the LEAST popular FG in the US, even Indie games and other oddities like fighting EX layer are more popular than it heck even Eternal Champions and WeaponLord are more accepted than KOF A Street Fighter 6 with KOF 14 Graphics, bad netcode bad matchmaking, piss poor content would EASILY outsell a KOF 15 with better than SF6 graphics, smooth gameplay, having all those fourteen items mentioned above.

she has too many hop and mini dodges in-between stance transitions, low punches are going to miss wildly and she is going to be a crush specialist to the maximum annoyance of balance overall....its no good how safe this character is.... its almost on the same level of abuse as LEO....

HAE is accessible only in Heat, and uses up quite a hefty amount of Heat bar when transition is used (like, 66% when you have 0 stacks, then less the more stacks you have gathered across the whole match). This means you have only few occasions to use it in the round/match. In T7 you could use the mixup multiple times in a round, also as an oki - this is no longer the case in T8.
the fact that her stances are safer in comparison to other stance characters is insulting to the stance type characters that actually have to work for their damage instead of getting bonus damage through rounds because of some arbitrary extra ability now
I agree. Its very likely steppable. The power crush that is. Later down the line they might nerf it and make it -13 or sth. I ve always loved the character so im glad shes back.

Yeah but its only on heat. Asuka has a plus frame homing launcher on normal hit in heat.
it's heat only, and in one specific stance, it's 18 frames and can be stepped. so the crime she can do is limited in that regard. I feel like she will rely a lot on poking and risk/reward guesses out of stance, which is a fair balance for the strengths she seems to have

Lidia looks cool. I'm really thinking they're just trying to make all the characters strong as hell. Like the power floor is higher in Tekken 8 and it's taking getting used to.
It is highly unfair that Lidia Sobieska has a knock down move (↙️3,1+2) and mostly characters lacks as previous game Tekken7.
She doesn't. It trips only on CH, there is no natural extension anymore (just db3 into + frames on NH).

It is kind of interesting that T8 keeps having a decline in player base on steam. My guess is that they are fast tracking her to try and get some interest back. But Lidia currently seems like a buffer Renia. That might chase even more people away. Then you have Marduk, and Fahk incoming.

Found the bots/negativity spreaders. Almost as many evo entries as street fighter 6. Every game naturally loses players following initial hype and release following an exp decay. 1.05 universally agreed to fix every complaint in the game. My bet is neither of y'all even play.
The patch isn't out yet so how do you know there are no fixes to online?
Lidia is not for me. She is too hard and complex for me lol. Also i found her character kinda boring. But her fighting style is so satisfying looking.

@@KingJaeTV that stance seems to need some setup to access to begin with and locked behind heat. It's a strong powercrush for sure but calling it the best before she's even out or before it's been tested is jumping the gun a bit. Maybe if it launches on normal hit. I do see it launching on CH in the trailer.
@@asugarush8970it being locked in a stance takes it down a few tiers on the powercrush tierlist. Not to mention the other drawbacks. I'm sure after a few weeks with the character he will realise it can't complete with the actual good ones
