i’d like to see some more positivity in tekken. I’d love to co stream with chill players and get longer sets. I feel street fighter content creators do a better job of being positive and keeping new players around. That’s just me feels like namcos online environment promotes negativity as well. i really hope they fix that

let's all of us pick up the new Fatal Fury COTW. give SNK some love. they toiled in the shadows long enough

Love the fact you used the Victor song because that shits a banger. Also thankful the FGC is getting the attention and participation it’s getting. I’m from Arizona and remember playing on the cabinets at the mall as a youngin. I’m a huge ass fighting game fan, I fuck with Tekken heavy and will be participating for the first time this year at EVO( the fucking Super Bowl of fighting video games)😂. I’m not a pro or anything like that but I understand the tech, the difficulty the timing. Street fighter will always be street fighter but seeing these Tekken numbers have me hyped af. EVO is about to be something special this year, my only goal is to come out a better player. Tekken 7 Ty for everything, T8 lets fucking go!!

I'm going over as a complete rookie/casual from Scotland. Was on holiday anyway and thought why not enter and have some fun. Probably get knocked out straight away.

Hype for Garou CotW and 2XKO next year. Now talking about top3, SF6, T8 and Strive. All three are AMAZING games! 👏🏻

to me though the fact that street fighter overtook tekken on its first year is not a good sign for tekken. I feel how the online is, the lack of that wow factor, balancing etc really hurt the game you feel it at least for my area. Lobbies toxic, still lots of cheaters, wifi warriors, one and dones…. so i’m concerned tekken did not at least take first place in its first year. still a high number but feel namco dropped the ball after release

sf6 first evo was 11k i think, they got a MASSIVE drop, tekken will stay steady as usual or maybe grow

it was 7k but its still SF! like sf5 had 6k but tk7 had 1.6k while tk8 has 4.6k which is a big glow up

i mean jay,the game sold 2 millions in just 3 weeks! what other proof you needed?

See what are the bug a boo’s the community still has with the game and if they have any thoughts to improve it without tryna just change it back to T7. Tryna see u stomp some folks with Leroy too. Also see what the black community is like out there for the game. I know of a few of y’all but I’m hoping there’s more for such a major event. Sucks lilmajin not going.

Tekken 8 is very popular for sure. Especially competitively. In regards to MK 1. The inclusion of Kameo/assist gameplay was a turn off for me. MK competitively speaking isn’t as appealing compared to past titles. In saying that. I consider it as one of the big 3 FGs in the US still based on its sales. MK is literally banned in countries like Japan and South Korea and etc. Which is a factor to some extent.

number of EVO participants doesn't mean anything the game is still bad and horribly unbalanced , people will show up at EVO no matter what
