This is absolutely disgusting. Why was he allowed to even speak to this child, let alone cross-examine him. This was a sad day for the judicial system. Smh, that poor child

I will never understand why so many crime shows have young people going from bar to bar, barhopping all night long. You shouldn’t even be driving once you go to one bar. Friends really need to be more accountable to each other, especially the young ladies.

Such is the damage done to Stagg that I’m sure many will still associate him with this crime . Mention Robert Napper and most wouldn’t have heard of him , mention stagg however and time may have diluted the memory of his innocence with many. . I completely understand the desire to catch this ruthless killer , but it serves no one to prosecute the wrong man whilst the guilty party walks free . Well done to the judge by the way . My god , the thought of her child trying to awake her dead body is really hard to imagine and would make even a liberal person want blood for the person who has made this happen.

Frankly, being from the US, I'm shocked that a mental health professional was visiting twice a week at one time. In the states, there are basically no mental health services whatsoever. Nuts just run the streets unsupervised and unmedicated.

She’s a narcissist. And like all narcissists, she thinks she’s entitled to do whatever she wants, without consequences. And she blames everyone, and everything for her behavior, except herself.

If officers can use “peeping toms” arrests as a precursor to sex crimes how is it that torturing animals isn’t considered a precursor to murdering sociopaths. Almost every serial killer has a history of killing animals. Smh 🤦🏽‍♀️

I can be wrong but does anyone think that cashapp thing was strange ? They said he sent her $700 and she sent it back to reject him. But how did he even get her cashapp in the place ? Wouldn’t that mean she gave it to him herself and if she did, then it was clear she wanted his money bc why else would you give anyone that ? And again, if that WAS the case then something along this storyline is not right. Idk

This is sickening. Neither of those two should ever see daylight again. It’s bad enough to violate that poor girl and have someone she thought was a friend turn on her over it, but then to take her life? How is bail even a possibility? Sadly in our society, it’s rarely about justice. Wealth puts a finger on the scale of justice but so does who you harm. If he had committed this same crime against a certain type of victim, there would be zero talk of bail. The case would probably have been tried already.

I rarely comment on things but her speech about how she now has to live with this and how Sandra was innocent and sweet and did not deserve this made me furious. I can't image how the parents must have felt listening to this.

I fail to see the connection between 8 years and life in prison. She is indeed incurable as a paranoid schizophrenia. Albania's gain is England's loss. Something indeed needs to be done about who is let into our country. A lovely child who was everything that the killer was. Her family share responsibility as I have yet to know of a schizophrenic or bi polar person that doesn't stop taking their meds. I'm heartbroken for Emily's parents and he's exactly right about toughening up on mental health supervision. As an expat Brit in the US we have Ronald Reagan to thank for closing asylums, plus dozens of other law makers allowing literally crazy people to live on the streets, a terror to the regular public. We don't need Victorian type asylums but decent places to ensure they are never set free.

I think shes guilty. No sign of a home invasion, no ligature mark's shes left alive? Rare to leave someone alive if one person is killed, nothing stolen and the way shes so calm and detailed. If you found yourself tied up after a seizure, your going to be in shock

Talk about asking for it... one-third of the way through this, I couldn't imagine Heather meeting anything but disaster. Just because they're not married, single girls mustn't disrespect the sanctity of the institution,--I don't care HOW cute he is!! Of course, Tammy is next level evil, but that's another story...
