Can you do a vid about your life
Hello Dr Mike, I am a little confused if you mean Left ventricular hypertrophy or left ventricular dilation. In video you referred it as systolic dysfunction, where as LVH is a diastolic dysfunction. Moreover, as far as what I know ischemic cardiomyopathy can not lead to ventricular hypertrophy. To me, Ischemic cardiomyopathy leading to dilation of heart and systolic dysfunction makes perfect sense. It would be great if you could clarify my doubt. Having said that, I am extremely grateful ul for you efforts to teach medicine to students all around the world Thanks in advance :)
LVH is unrelated to systolic or diastolic dysfunction. Can be seen in either
Hey Mike, The pdf says lumbar puncture before antibiotics 🙄
Blood cultures before antibiotics for endocarditis. Antibiotics before LP for meningitis.
Bro i went super extra oversmart Thinking the patient is already on TMP SMX so can’t be toxo! Lol! Lesson learnt!😂
You are excellent organized teacher🎉!
Is this a 2CK question?
I wish I could have coin your resources a loooong time ago. This is gold 😊
You are the best Mike ❤
Can you make a pediatrics clip calrifying the treatment of Cryptorchidism in a child. HY Peds PDF has bulletpoints for no treatment for less than 1 year of age but earlier appearing Cryptorchidism section has "-USMLE wants no treatment prior to age 6 months; after 6 months, perform orchidopexy." Additionally can you make a clip on the questionably new doxycycline updates (e.g. Lyme disease) --> friend studying for Derm Boards has Peds Derm tell her "Doxycycline fine for children of all ages if course is less than 28 days".
This was an excellent video for G protein. Can you make more questions in relation to the G protein please?
I love all your materials
Bruv At 2:00 You asked the question And you yourself got angry😂😂😂😂😂 Bruv, shit made me chuckle😂😂😂

Thank you for the video. Please should I also memorize the question and correct answers for the CMS just like NBME without reading the explanations. I am taking step 2 ck. Thanks for your response
The judgemental stare after wrong fucking answer 💀
Great video
Isn't we expect normal methylmalonic acid in B9 def , which is also one of choices here , why you chosed increase homocys over it
@@Omarmohamed-jd2tt homocysteine is elevated in both b12 and b9 deficiency. Whereas methylmalonic acid levels are elevated only in b12 deficiency, normal in b9 deficiency
Thank you for all the hard work and advice. I really appreciate the telegram group and your response today. I passed NBME Comprehensive finally with a 76 and I’m telling everyone about you ! ❤
Thanks!

Thank u dr Please don't say wrong or right when you read the choices
He can say/do what he wants, it's his clip. If you want time to choose an answer prior to him discussing the choices, pause the video and pick an answer.
