Hi Mike, I need your advice. I am IMG, and I started preparing for the USMLE Step 1 ten months ago with Board and Beyond lectures, Pathoma lectures, and offline UW, covering approximately 80% of it. Last month, I began online UW and have been doing one block per day, deeply studying explanations. However, I'm still getting bad scores and forgetting concepts. Despite studying for about 10 hours a day (trying to study efficiently), I'm not seeing good results. I watched all your videos on how to prepare for the USMLE, and I know UW scores aren't predictive. Should I start with your PDF, First Aid, or continue with UW?

Oral is most effective for preventing recurrence. Inhaled just controls mild attacks
