    I moved to, built a "hotel-type" room in a storage warehouse, lasted 3 years. Poppa's pad when momma got mad, lasted Jonathan anticipated. Saved enough for house down payment !!! 😅😅😅

    🧠💡! He literally built a custom luxury van for the chickens! 😂 It's brilliant! Absolutely brilliant! Just a thought, and you've probably beat me to it, but what about mini skies for the feet? Or would the metal not stand up to the environment?

    Good idea, I've thought about that. Easier to just slide around. Especially now that I have a tractor.

    That was an Awesome build for your chicken! I recommend the fake carpet grass or mats for the nesting boxes, and put them at a slight angle. I had to create my own drop nesting box, because my chickens started eating their eggs 🤦🏽‍♀️

    Did you get that solved? I 'think', not sure, there's some sort of calcium deficiency when they do that, but it's been a long time since my grandmother raised chickens.

    Yeah occasionally some of them eat the eggs. I put some fake wooden eggs in there to de-train them on that and it seems to work. I tihnk i might just install some prefab roll-out nesting boxes at some point.

    “Stealth” is a mirage. It does not exist. Beautiful design inside no doubt but I would know that it’s built out if I saw it on the road or parked on the street. What work truck has solar????!! I can see them! Bet there’s a maxair or two up there too.

    Do you think the track for the sliding door is going to be able to withstand the weight of the bike running over it while loading/unloading? Just wondering. I used to make Pella window parts ( like that track) and wonder if it’s made to withstand that kind of pressure day in and day out

    I bought a $160 surround camera system chinese knock off that stitches all 4 camera images together for one top down view of my 7.2 meter long truck and instead of wiring it to the indicators etc I wired it to a rotary switch that I attached to the gear stick allowing me to select each camera while Im driving down the road as my main view with a single finger. Insane value and versatility for security and seeing all the blind spots for driving and parking. Does anyone have recommendations to tap into the video signal for remote viewing from my phone via my 4g modem?

    The airport one was good, just maybe at some 24hr business parking lot. Travis Heinze who lives in his car was harrassed by cops and they got a dog who hit on his car, they tore it up searching but then found nothing, left and he had just a couple hours to gather it all and get out of the parking lot, they have such an attitude with people staying in their cars...wondering if you were to stay in some of those places in parking lot of businesses that are open 24hrs and see if they end up towing you or trying to tow you...yes, it's illegal to tow a vehicle with the person in them.

    How do you keep people from smelling your food cooking? With the leveling blocks, the restaurant going 🤣at an odd hour im surprised you've pulled this off this long, especially if they have a security guard walking around. Just saying.

    Why not just stock up and keep supplies in there for your trips, and always check everything like you would before you fly or take a trip to make sure all is working as expected. Your meals look very tasty and nutricious plus enjoy watching you cook. You did put a murphy bed in and it was a great genious invention so much more comfortable. You can be stealthy and comfortable...yes?

    Heck if I were you, I'd just stay there as long as I could. No need to go stealth camping when you got a beach and no one there hardly to enjoy such a space of peaceful beauty....I wouldn't leave.

  • @iamyourmuse
    @iamyourmuse3 күн бұрын

    Why did you move to the parking lot, is it cuz of the tides that come in? It looks so close to the beach already there in that parking lot, cool views from up in the air.

  • @iamyourmuse

    That is a beautiful beach, so cool you got a sliding glass door and can just sleep laying on the beach without getting sand in your every nook and cranny...beautiful. I just love your stealth build.

    I want to say first the build is beautiful and awesome! No compromise for sure, the original statement about not doing the vanlife/rv thing is understood making a snide remark over and over and over isnt very classy. Either way cool build.

    There's a guy who lives in his car and he is always getting harrassed by cops, last weekend they pulled him out and tore thru his car, he don't do drugs and has a you tube channel Travis Heinze who goes all over the country with his cameras and records police interactions and they truely hate people that live in their cars, they threw everything around. I wished he could have one of those stealth trucks. He is articulate and knows his stuff when it comes to the cops...they get very frustrated with him cuz he is right most of the time. I know he'd love the door from the cab and to be able to be left alone when he travels and wants to sleep. Cops call it camping even though he is in his car. That is where these stealth builds would come in handy so cops can't be rolling up on you and telling you that you are camping if they can't see you!

  • @iamyourmuse
    @iamyourmuse4 күн бұрын

    OH...nice touch with the ramp and sliding glass door, it truely feels more like a home and not a stealth tiny space.....LOL like the fake grass too. Sweet!

  • @iamyourmuse
    @iamyourmuse4 күн бұрын

    That is so cool, homey and stealth, I don't care for the stealth except for the door that comes in from the cab that is very cool. I would have either a slide out or a fold out to give me more space but also option to keep it stealth if I so wish. I would get a instant hot water heater and saves on energy since you aren't having to keep water hot in a tank.

    Hey, I am pleased to find your channel. I have been a detailed builder of many things for years and appreciate your attention to details. I long time friend of mine has made several stealth vehicles conversions. One was a Dodge Caravan but his current live in favorite is a Ford E250 panel van. An interesting point is that he went to a great deal of trouble to install about 6 micro video cameras around the vehicle at very strategic points. He uses a 12 vdc operated video camera multiplex recorder/playback unit and can watch all cameras on 1 LCD monitor (also 12 vdc). The controller has movement detection for all cameras and will enlarge any image that detects pixel changes. So this greatly increases his "situational awareness". Here another one of his ideas. He has athe male end of an extension cord that hangs discreetly behind his rear bumper. When it's available, he plugs into an outdoor electrical outlet and it recharges various battery banks while he lives inside. If he has to start up the van and leave quickly, the cord just detaches when he drives off. He also used super thin solar panels on the roof to recharge during daylight. Hope you guys like his ideas. Everyone keep up the good work and HELP ONE ANOTHER! Cheers from Missouri.

    Install helper air springs on the rear with separate valves for each side- then you can level it just using your suspension and not being so obvious with blocks. Onboard air is good for lots of other things- so a small compressor and a used tank off an old Lincoln Continental for $25 at a junkyard will provide all the air you need.

    True stealth- paint some rust on the doors and kick a few dents into it. Line the sides of the roof with something that looks like an old beat up ladder to hide panels. Hell, I'd slap an Ace Tomato Company logo on it.
