I lift at a commercial gym that has coaching But it has the no dropping weight rule but they're pretty lenient on that rule and it's more of just don't make too much noise. But when you do make too much noise they'll warn you before kicking you out.

I squatted 675 for 3 High bar ATG pause squat. When I build my lifts back up I will film it all. You are more of an ambassador of the Vegan movement than I will be and for that you have my utmost fancy and respect. I will still - with a busy body, will work to one day within 12 years end animal agriculture.

Brother, there was a shinchan popup in the subway when i went last year... we bought sooooo much shin-chan merch i had to make an entire new 40lb checked box to hold it all. Our Japanese host the next week was laughing their ass off at us for buying children cartoon merch 💀.. AND the airport ladies thought it was a bomb so we basically got DETAINED for an extra 30 min while they cut open this makeshift suitcase and asked us 100 questions about the contents, and we kept just saying "it's literally filled with shin-chan merch" over and over until they finally realized we weren't lying and they laughed at us too ☠️☠️

Good job! When I do my 765 raw squat I use a belt. 675 is good. When you can do 3 solid reps at 675 you will be ready to go up to 765

If at that moment, Clarence could go to Kazakhstan, with good coach, doctors and all that professional stuff, this guy would smash Ruslan Nurudinov, Martirosyan. Proably 195+245 in 105kg. Moradi also could shit himself after quick look for Clarence after summer camp in Almaty.

I'm 15 right now and I'm doing weightlifting and powerlifting and I can't even shoulder press the bar while in a squatting position. But I also need a lot more lower body mobility as well. I really should just transition into weight lifting completely because people in weightlifting still have good powerlifting totals.
