    With " cleaning the Window " is the movement of Kua necessary ? In other words, is the Kua used to prevent breakdown of structure ?

    Absolutely, any movement corresponds with internal movement of mind, qi and physical. Specifically, screwing in the feet causes the kua/pelvis to 'tuck' up and connects the back. Better than physically 'doing it' is to sink the qi to connect the back.

    These power stretches are like a better version of yijinjing,in these methods do you use a method of light breath holds and qi flow during the stretch? Looks like that's what that guy is doing.

    My Dad has Parkinsons and I hope that this helps. I have quite a bit of experience in brain development. This seems like a magic bullet for my Dad. Body Excercise + Brain Excercise = Overall Health!

    No baji, no relation to baji and it is not a "form" as in taolu but these are single and stepping movements from inside the art of tongbeiquan.

    I find that the less I eat fatty foods the less tender mine are. I tend to eat mainly fruits and veggies so I can really tell a difference when I've eaten a lot of nuts. When I eliminated dairy that really helped tremendously.

    - It seemed like the dantien was different. While typical chen dantien is large and dense, heavy power, Yu stressed with me Yang dantien is soft, lower and more point-like, field large. Fa jin, like-wise, was super loose.- Susan

    If this Yu Xiao Lin Fa Jin Demon routine is from Yang Ban Hou and Jian Hou forms, it clearly proves that Yang family basically did not give up but practises Chen style to get its power and he was doing mostly from the second routine.

    he said everywhere there is intention & where there is no mind/intention basically qi will not / can not be there . very excellent way to say this folks do not relize that after 1st. feelings in hand/arms this feeling has to spread to whole body ! i would ask what is most effective way to do this? thank you sifu Xu/ Mathews
