In the full video, Master Xu leads 14 Essential Everyday moves and explains how to practice them in order to ultimately make space power generate martial force. George talks about wu wei- do without doing. This is yin yang, to do and not do at the same time. The mind energy is harmonized to the physical. The physical, as in a tiger, reacts reflexively to what the mind sees. He says feel and think, don't do it, feel what the mind sees. The reflex is called shi. Like tsunami force ready to crash, a tiger ready to pounce.
