  I first really liked the new textures, but with time I realized developers textures added depth, and had a real identity. They are more contrasted and add an atmosphere to the game. Minecraft has been ugly for over a decade, but it became the most popular game ever.

  When you talk about the nostalgic old open/close door sound effect and how fondly you remember it - and then in the next clip you say 'wow look guys birch trees give oak planks that's so weird' when there were no different types/colors of planks back then... you just appear phony, fraudulent
