Not many people know this, but Minecraft Pocket Edition had something called the Nether Reactor Core before Nether Portals. It looked like the beacon mixed with prismarine blocks surrounded by 12 cobblestone and 4 gold blocks. Tapping the reactor would start generating netherrack and Zombie Pigmen around you. This would also turn all the blocks in its structure into glowing obsidian, which was crimson red.

The first time I got Minecraft was on my mum's old tablet. I always wandered what these blocks were, never realising what their true purpose was. I usually put them in the attic of all my builds.

I’ve heard of the nether reactor, and even though I first got MCPE, I got it after the nether reactor was “removed” and the Nether itself was added.

You can also make triple chests by placing the third chest inside a water source block. You could also make a quadruple chest, tho the inventory wasn't fully accessible from the middle chest block. If you took it a step further and made a quintuple chest, opening it would crash your game.

The Husk-Zombie-Drowned method explains a little why the Drowned's armor looks a little strange in Bedrock. The zombie's flesh is swelling from the water, so it makes the armor seemingly compress the skin underneath.

the "it's" does not require an apostrophe because it's denoting possession like "its items" instead of being "it is"

@@evanderminecraft7381 My bad. I corrected the comment now.
As of right now, the only way to get a naturally spawned jungle or swamp villager is if a village spawned near the border of a viable biome and went into a jungle or swamp, which is very rare so I got lucky on a new world to have such a thing happen relatively close to the world spawn
You should make a video about other stuff than minecraft facts, like ways to be killed in minecraft, how to make hidden base or trolling friends with new blocks & contraptions, or a survival series

The Steve Co. Supply crate was a reference to tf2 supply crates

The Steve Co. Supply Crate is a joke knockoff of the Mann Co. Supply Crate from Team Fortress 2. Notch added this in the game while they had a close game relationship with each other in the old days where Notch actually owned Minecraft. He added it in, as he knew about the Mann Co. store, and it is a HUGE part of the TF2 economy. 4:48
38:42 fun fact about me: when i was playing minecraft in 1.20 i was really confused on why the baby zombies burnt in the sun as i was so uses to them just being immune to it
The Nostalgia is incredible. I started playing Minecraft back in version 1.2.5 i think that was around 2012. After version 1.12 i stopped playing and recently I came back and god damn they added much my mind was completly blown. But to be honest, in my opinion were the versions 1.5 - 1.7 the glory days of Mincraft (mostly bc it had a lot of players and PvP)

37:22 I DID I DID!!! i still even have the screenshot. i was on a server at the original base i had, i wound up getting a new base later on. i looked outside and there was a full diamond zombie. i did kill it only because i had so much trouble trapping it. i even kept its rotten flesh and named it as well
8:30 little known fact: iron bars also speed up the process
Interesting Facts about Minecraft is just Awesome!
Really great video I really love it
Fantastic i really wanted a video about chests
I am happy that ppl still make Minecraft vids
That’s what I think about creepers. Those little green four-legged menaces would just sneak around my house and explode me.
My god the Steveco TF2 reference made my heart jump, love that.
amazing!
Fun fact, my first time playing PC Minecraft was during the villager April fools. I was VERY confused that day.
Ive been playing since 1.9 and sometimes i miss the simplicity of the old version

Now that is epic
So this is _probably_ the wrong video to comment this but, did anyone else experience a bizarre glitch with superflat worlds (I found this on xbox 360 ver) where random pools of lava would appear all over the place? Never really thought about asking until now. I would put the seed but I cannot at the moment. I will try to put it here when I can. (I've looked up videos on the glitch and found nothing relating to it so I'm curious if this is just a me thing lol. It is also important to note that at the time you could edit the structure of the world (Making all blocks lava/diamond blocks in your flat world, I cannot remember much about it because this was so long ago..) I think. This specific world was not edited and just generated on the spot.
Thank you
That’s about a hour video 🎊 Keep it up! 👍
You can’t tell me you *dont* like the background music 🕺
Amazing
4 minutes in I forgot this video isn’t exclusively about chests and just accepted a new reality where I decided I needed to know every chest fact ever known
More nostalgia having the ocarina of time music in the background as well
My god it's been years since I last saw this channel pop out in my recommendations
love the background ocarina of time music, just though that needed to be pointed out
The good old zombie villager didn’t fight back at mobs who shot the old zombie villager by accident, until MCJE 1.7 until the behavior was removed from the old zombie villager in MCJE 1.8
Love this guy's accent lmao, every "i" is an "oi"
Started playing on 1.3.1. Still play it for the memories and the old features :)
Number 21: Steve Co. Supply Crate is actually a Team Fortress 2 reference, referencing the Mann Co. Supply Crate which you'd get as a random item drop and need to use an in-game store to get a key for. Neato!
does anyone remember how great it felt once beds became bouncy?
I also vaguely remember zombies eating chickens in the old days in minecraft lol

The iron golem giving a flower to baby villagers must be a reference to 1931's Frankenstein when Boris Karloff (Frankenstein's monster) gives a flower to a little girl. It's a very famous scene that's been referenced in many films over the past near 100 years. I'm sure Studio Ghibli was referencing the original Frankenstein when they used it in Castle in the Sky.

Nostalgic 🔥
I started Minecraft in 2015 on pocket. Also, I’ve seen a few zombies with diamond armor but never a full set
You should add more mario 64 music it makes the vid even better than it already is
you back? no wayyyyyyy
I’ve found at Enchanted Apple in almost every minecart chest ever😭
Beds used to let light through, i remember using glowstone to light my base and have a floating bed on the celing, so it kinda looked like a half slab emitting light
I remember in the old days that creepers would explode in creative
My favorite part is where Anthony said “Back in the earlier days of Minecraft”
50:11 when starting to speak about the smithing table... i like background Herobrine...
I started with original release of the 360 version with that classic tutorial map and since then moved on to Xbox one edition and now if it ever get fully finished I’ll get it on my ps5 despite how great the days of 360 version was plus all the content that came from Minecraft just like with gmod and fnaf
49:27 Apple Chestplate recipe unlocked. Still can't believe that though 😂
Shoutout Anthony!
The bed clutch only works at night but when u die u also set ur respon point so u dont lose any of ur stuf so its a win win
I like the spirit temple music in the background
Alternate title: 250 things about minecraft chests you didn't know
I mean the Pig "Men" could represent how the zombie pigmen came to be as they were lost to the hellish nature of the nether. They couldn't find their way out and lost their lives.
there was also a bug on the xbox 360 edition (i think 1.3?) sometimes if you slept in the nether , the bed would blow up but youd remain sleeping - undamaged .
4:23 I had that happen once
i actually have not seen one diamond armor zombie but two, on the same hardcore world, which is super rare. both are name tagged and trapped in a dark room
11:30 fun fact: in bedrock they still use that sprite now
39:52 BLUE AXOLOTL
I had minecraft java at 1.11, before that I had xbox 360 minecraft edition, before that I played some of the earliest minecraft PE editions, if not the earliest. I still remember features from 1.8, this is because I used to play earlier version than 1.11 because there was a very popular minecraft series in the Netherlands that was played in 1.8.
that STONE CUTTER MAN it was such a strange block to look at :sob:
Im a new subscriber!!!🎉🎉🎉
I found an Enchanted Golden Apple in a Mineshaft chest! I really didn't know it was that rare...
This is probably the longest episode i’ve watched in like 2 years
I just figured out the rarest possible mob in Minecraft, baby zombie, decked out in diamond armor spawning on a baby brown panda
the chest is older than most of the player base, let that sink in lol
1:20 someone finally made a video about it, i found that out when i was like 10, and i didnt have a youtube channel so i couldnt show anyone. So finally, that is very poggers
It is so sad about axolotls because they’re sooo pretty/cute depending on their colors
Fun fact chest aren’t actually “only” block that can spawn in all dimensions but so can obsidian and bedrock may be more but that’s just some extras.

This guy makes a living by reading us patch notes. Genius 😂
this channel was my childhood, couldnt buy minecraft back then so i watched mc content religously
I started playing Minecraft in 1.16 pocket edition so idk any of the old ones
