Another cracking video, Aaron, thank you! Watching this at lunch time in the UK and I’ve got to need honest, I may have just dribbled a bit... 🤤😂😂 100% going to try that, keep up the fantastic content. 🙌🏼

Cheers mate!

@@adamshields8946 thanks legend. Hope you’re well 🙌
@@LownSlowBasics not doing too bad thanks mate. I hope you are doing well!
Next time, try using a kettle cone for your briquettes, it does an amazing job.
@@JACQUESBDUPREEZ thanks mate, I’ve got one but I like to sometimes try use minimal accessories 🙌
Oh hell yea, these look incredible

This brother from down under, isn't shy to add a little butter🧈 to finish off the beef. 🍖 nice call 👌
@@stanlee399 cheers mate!
Love your videos, my first pulled pork turned out amazing. Can't wait to try ribs now. If i have a big crowd, can i do pulled pork and ribs in the one cook? Will it be more difficult to manage the heat?
My dad was just making ribs and slowly chopping away at it with a knife so I pulled up this video and he had the membrane off in seconds ❤ 😊 thanks
Just bought Weber MT..cane with tge dinky racks. The coal fall thru when burn very fast the hotter the coals. Nothing at bottom to hold them other than grate. They're pretty lame abd inefficient. Had to add more coals thru tge cook that should've lasted. Paid $300 for it. Feel ripped off.😢
Does it come with a side of cholesterol medication?
@@kellyb7321 yep👍
Change your tube to bbq gaget man
@@iLLicitNz78 good one 👍
Garlic Goals in mash is elite! Love it!
@@danielr3207 it’s life changing hey 😆🙌🙏
Tried your recipe the day you uploaded the video. Tasted amazing! Shanks didnt fall apart like yours probably due to quality of the meat. Will defiantly be doing that again!
@@highace10 cheers mate, yeah quality is very important hey. Times will vary depending on size too.
Aaron: "We're just gonna use our camp oven" Camp Oven: "...how very _dare_ you!" Don't mind me, midday beers. These look great, have to give 'em a crack later through this week I reckon.
@@masondegaulle5731 haha! Cheers mate, enjoy!
How does that pellet smoker go
@@jughead6658 bloody awesome. Loving it.
Thanx! This is the best one I've found
I order them in that way 😉 Greetings Bernd
@@beka4780 cheers Bernd🙌
great video what pellets do you use
@@TheDarryl64 cheers mate. I think they’re the BBQ delight brand, cherry
Lamb shanks are such a nice meat. I love mine in a soup. They say not to cook acidic foods like tomato, wine etc in cast iron as it isn't good for the seasoning and the acidity reacts with the iron. Did you notice any damage to the seasoning or different flavours?
@@BrettWilliamson didn’t notice any damage at all🤘
great video, comparing the 3 together was very informative, the cheaper one seemed a little slower but it didn't overshoot, the other to had to decrease approx 1 degree to get to the final result so at the end the cheapest was the fastest getting an accurate result but if I have to open my smoker to test the temperature faster is better.
That looks bloody awesome, I will have to give cooking shanks that way a go
@@Joshhatch83 do it mate 🙌
Generally do mine in a slow cooker, but I gotta try this!
@@mike.t.0007 definitely do🤘
Looks amazing. Nothing better than a warm hearty meal when it's cold out. Cheers from the southern US, where it was over 105F heat index today!
@@kellyb7321 thanks mate! Oh wow that’s a hot one!
Good stuff that.
@@brettverrender3167 definitely was. Cheers mate!
Little to rare for me though 👍🏾
Do those ribs have the dog's seal of approval?

This video had every bit of information you need and no information that you don’t need. Editing was perfect. No time wasted. Great video man! 👍
Thanks so much 🙌
Is the snake method safe? Wouldn’t there be white smoke?
Definitely is. Once you’re up to temp the briquettes are heated enough they’ll catch light without causing white smoke.
Cool video
Best chef. Ever
Haha perfect binder
😂🙌
This bloke. Taking gastronomy to new levels.
Made my first beef cheeks yesterday after following some of your videos. Wasn't Wagyu quality but still came out pretty good. The texture was different than any other beef I've had and they turned in to some delicious tacos. Thanks for introducing me to this cut of meat.
Most welcome mate, glad you enjoyed 🙌
Do you recommend cooking with the lidd off or on with the spit attachment
The lid helps create some radiant heat. I think it helps with the Weber, but if using a rotisserie you can lower it’s not really needed cooking with a lid on.
