Hi, the render was done in Unreal Engine. The lighting is pretty straight forward, 1 main light, a couple of fill lights and a couple of rim lights. For the background, I used Ultra Dynamic Sky for the stars. For the fog I used a combination of fog cards from William Faucher (kzread.info/dash/bejne/da2GzdWPmtnPp8o.htmlsi=r186AKcLC7wc1CHK) and created a few niagra particle fog elements (similar to this kzread.info/dash/bejne/dZOn0bWKkpSXlsY.htmlsi=zsSd1jLlXbDE7j0i). Hope that helps.
