Y'all, it like 5 in the morning, bare with me and my possibly bad grammar here ok: Part 2: He lost the case and was ordered to pay more child support. But as he was leaving the cort room his exs lawyer came up to him and offered to cancel the child support if he gave up parental rights. He refused until the lawyer said the kid wanted it to and the op asked to meet with his son. They agreed as long as both lawyers were in the room and the kid said that he actually wanted this. Op explained that if he did this he wouldn't be able to see his family or come over ever again. The kid straight up said "Yeah, so?" And he signed the papers that day. This straight up shatter the op, he started to drink and one day drank until he aspirated his own vomit. He spent 2 weeks in the hospital with aspiration pneumonia. He got himself together after that, moved back to his home town, started to work out, went to intense psychotherapy. Part 3: around 6 years after the move he met his now wife. She had an 11 y.o son that at first he stayed distant from until they started ti actually bond. The day he turn 18 the kid asked the op to adopt him and he did. He now has a 19 y.o adopted son a 5 y.o son and 18 mo daughter. About 3 weeks before he wrote this his ex sister in law called and said ops ex was dead and he said ok. Part 4: His "first biological off spring" (that's literally what he calls him) pops up outside the door before the op and his family go to a picnic and says "Hi dad, I'm (whatever his name is), I'm your son." The op responds "no you're not, I have two sons and you aren't either one of them, now please leave my property." He stood there for a moment then left and the op contacted his family and said he was around and he had no plans on talking to him. The Op said he listened his own mom cry on her death bed about that kid and the op was in the hospital wishing the machines would turn off and he would die because the kid decided he didn't want him anymore. The rest of his family agrees. Part 5: The Op says that the kid has has 8 years and if this was some kind of plot the ex and her boyfriend made he's had time. The op finds out that it's his sister give is exs sister and his "first biological of spring" his contact information and is sad that he won't give the kid another chance. She started begging for their mothers sake to talk to him and he ends it with asking if any good could come from meeting with this kid now. It's late/early, again I'm sorry if this doesn't make sense, good bye

Not that I would want my job back, but the company should have to hire you back on your request, and bite the bullet for not conducting due diligence.

I’d say still sue cause of false accusations and/or make sure they give you much more compensation for work loss and extra work they couldn’t even find even though they had all the resources. So pretty much double your pay until you get a better job or guaranteed better position with permanent employment. Also make sure they fire the HR person(s) for not doing their job and making a bigger mess. Security cameras would’ve been the first thing I looked for should anything happen. Also make sure they fire the individual who made false accusations. Sounds harsh but they pretty much put you through some crap for false allegations that was easy to prove wrong and still fired you and put your name in the mud. They better spit shine your name back so clean that even their god would be proud to look at it.

I hate today's world. Women are given a leg up qnd without questioning them. Oh he rpd you? Lets charge and fire and off him. She lied and and wanted to grope and rpd him?. Hide the evidence and rid of him. Get her transferred to our spain or exotic place. Her severance package is to be million gazillion. And have himself a company pen. Confession. Etc. Like fk out of here with that major b.s I know they wouldn't do such things. But for women its easy to get things in life. Much more easier then men.

Yup. I'd sue. It's better to contact an attorney right away. They obviously want to give as little as possible while making sure you dont contact an attorney, and in the final agreement, they make you sign away your right to sue. You also dont actually have to sue them, but just letting an attorney speak for you could completely change the picture.

Nonono no no NO. Ask what is happening to the accuser. If theres zero tolerance then there should be no tolerance to false accusations. Get a body cam or something. Any time you are alone have a recording because that shit is malicious. And will happen again. Also continue with the court path because a company cant just brush stuff under the rug.
