I couldn't do pushups. My shoulders have a physiology that prevents doing well. However I can do full extension pushups and vertical pushups just fine. A full extension pushup is where your hands and toes are in contact with the ground with your hands as far away from your feet as you can reach. Then push away from the ground. I could do 3 when I was a freshman in college. Nobody I knew could do even one. The other kind is done from a handstand against a wall, facing away from the wall. Do 5. A few of my friends on the wrestling and football teams could do as many as I could. One close friend could do 20. He was a gymnast until an injury then became a cheerleader. Other than my brother and grandfather, he was the strongest person I knew. If you ever research strength, look up the berserkers in Scandinavia. We're descendants of that lot.

42:04 what are you guys talking about lol the pressure is still on Florida and will be until the end. They are halfway to choking a 3-0 lead in the scf oilers may have a little more pressure now but nothing compared to Florida. That take is utterly garbage

If you do the same exercise every day, you get muscles burned. Start booking for a surgery doctor. Only if you don't play hockey or soccer then you can get away with it. These players have been playing for years to get there, not 30 days.

For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. (Romans 6:23) Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded. (James 4:8) For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. (Romans 10:13) The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. (2 Peter 3:9)

You’re not low enough which isn’t allowing your leg to be fully extended and lock out to have a toe flick at the end of your stride, you’re not swinging your arms to full extension, plus your swinging your arms side to side, along with not bringing your feet back underneath the center of your body (rail road skater) then after your stride, you’re kicking your heals up when you bring your feet back together. you’re missing 66% of your speed with your current skating technique.

These combines are really only applicable to the NFL in my opinion… and even then you can find plenty of exceptions to the rule. But that’s a sport where your physical speed & strength being tested makes much more sense.
