Filthy Edge Work (Drills) 🏒🔥

Спорт

How to go end to end like Antonio Stranges using insane edge work.
Stranges is a draft pick of the Dallas Stars and pulled off this insane goal while playing with the London Knights in the Ontario Hockey League. Steve breaks down the edge work he used for this sequence and gives us some drills that we can work on to try and replicate this filthy edge work.

Beautiful skating. I can’t open my hips like that, I’ve tried for years, even spent six months doing stretching exercises every day, still no joy. Sigh.
