I love the communal table seating at the restaurant. A great way to meet people on your travels. Portugal is on my list of countries to visit for the history, food, beauty and uncrowded streets. I have to get there before it's "rediscovered."
wonderful food I am still dreaming of!
I had a ton of fun meeting great travelers in Portugal!
Friends from Legacy Collectibles, yes we'll be visiting here in St Mere Eglise on our tour in October!
Christian and his wife were just in Portugal in April. It’s a beautiful country.
Wow, that’s great. Our kids are doing great seeing the world :)

Jelly is Jell-o over in the UK, we call it jam instead :) Looks good though!
Oh my goodness… That is so cool - you’re right we use jelly indiscriminately here in the States. Now I know it’s jam!
Haha no problem! You don't want to ask for jelly on your sandwich over here👀👀@@Highroads_Traveler
Well let me just hop on a plane then
I keep thinking about how good they were and want to go back!

It’s not a souvenir. You purchase it as a donation for the temple. To “build” a part of the building or even a roof (sometimes). Like buying a “brick”. And there are “blessings” on it for you. Some temples actually sell the real roof tiles that will be used. Others are just a symbol of.
Thank you so much for the insight! It was hard to know exactly what was going on at that stand at Tek Kok Le Temple. That’s great background -thanks!
Kopi Luwak… not for the faint of heart! 😜
