Isabella is the hostess of Sabores De Monsaraz on the Portugal Spain border. It's an amazing rustic restaurant in a town of 37 which rivals any eatery in a big city. And she even makes her own PennyRoyal cordial after dinner. Unbelievable!

wonderful food I am still dreaming of!
I love the communal table seating at the restaurant. A great way to meet people on your travels. Portugal is on my list of countries to visit for the history, food, beauty and uncrowded streets. I have to get there before it's "rediscovered."
