    Wow! Your teeth look amazing! They should pay you as what Invisalign does. I had them when I was 18 and I didn't really do the retainers properly, and now I'm in my 30s and my parents generously offered to pay for it again, so I just started it yesterday. It's super painful and I don't remember it being like this, but hearing your story eases my nerves.

    lol bro have you not read the news? SDC is shutting down after filing for bankruptcy. They literally have THOUSANDS of cases with people’s teeth having MAJOR problems after using their aligners. A simple Google search will show you the truth. I am not paid by, nor have I received my Invisilign treatment for free.

    Great video! Also I’m glad that you made the correction in the comment about your bad experience with Invisalign when you actually meant SDC. I also did SDC and it was a waste of money and it didn’t help my case. I’m now on Week 4 with Invisalign and I don’t even feel any pain with these.

    I'm almost at the end of the journey with SDC, and I can say.. I am quite satisfied with the alignment I received. Especially with the price which was less than 1k due to their promotion at the time. The only thing I Absolutely hated about SDC was their customer service or live agents. Getting thru to customer service/dental team was such a pain in the ass that took sometimes hours just to get to them and talk to them. Their CS seems to be based in a foreign country, so you will also have to deal with very strong accents, or sometimes agents not understanding what you're trying to describe or say. I would definitely recommend SDC only if you have access to a dentist (You still gotta keep your teeth healthy) and as they said on their website mild to moderate crowding or issues.

    I got mine but not happy with end results I have heaps of black triangles and don't think they are going to fix them you're lucky they are going through a aesthetic session. I'm so angry sad that mines are finishing soon and by the sounds of it they are just going to stop and not care about my insecurities. Be aware to shop around and also make sure you are updated every damn time

    Im on tray one and already realized how messed up my bite was. Funny fact, everyone thought I was being dramatic when I got them because I mostly only had 2 problem teeth on the top-they were basically vampire teeth that kept moving up. 😩 I got used to them quickly and I’m happy I’m getting this done. Already much easier to bite into pizza… even when my teeth feel a bit sore. TIP for those who get their nails done: don’t waste your money with SNS. 😂 it def cracked twice when getting the trays out of my mouth.

    Totally Agree. CBT, mindfulness, and Emotional Intelligence are great skill sets, that help you regulate emotion and to stay balanced and rational but they don't solve the fundamental issue that is at the core of all mental health, behavioral and performance issues - which is - Self Image and Self Interest. Adam Smith realized that intelligent self interest was a critical economical factor hundreds of years ago. It is the source of motivation, creativity and growth. It is the key to healing. Take care of yourself and you will help the world be a better place. Believe in yourself and you will shake off the chains of social order that enslave you. Religion teaches that you are a sinner - stay away from this programming which was only ever intended to keep you under someone's thumb. Stoicism helps with enduring and Existentialism helps with setting a course for your life, but at the foundation you must make a choice - to take care of yourself and to believe in yourself. Otherwise you go through life in a fog, you give up, you look for distractions and you never fulfill your potential. Good luck everyone.

    Please note the following: - Don't get too much obsessed with looks and material stuff. Focus more on the content you are delivering, and its depth. Yes, looks and the way you deliver are important but there seems to be an imbalance. People love genuine people more. Buying the best studio set would not help much if they don't sense genuineness. They are just tools and not an end in themselves. - Check your pronunciation of the word "exercise" Thanks for sharing.

    Took me YEARS to find the original print that you have. Only a few people know about this book and what it can do for you. Do you have any recommendations on the visualization exercises? Like do you play music in the background or some audio telling you what to think?

  • @cleanestmanonearth5762
    @cleanestmanonearth576210 ай бұрын

    I found it in a small library in the UK while I was on vacation - love the feel of the leather and it’s not remastered. Glad you found yours! I do not use any background music or anything like that. I love meditation so I first relax my mind and body, and I start the visualization process. I think that the best way to do it is to first be in a safe comfortable place and try to relax as much as possible by focusing on your breath. I’m working on a step by step guide that people could play in the background while I guide them towards their visualization exercise.
