Join The Sprint Club: www.sprintclub.co

The Sprint Project is about building the #1 Resource in the world for Sprinting.

A resource that everyone can use to become faster, improve their health, and or build an amazing body.

This channel was created due to a lack of information available when I got started with sprinting. There were very few websites, books, and videos that made this fun and easy to learn.

I don't claim to know everything but rather share what I'm learning as I testing, and implement new things.

I’ve been trying to improve my sprinting over the past year. I dropped about 15kg of fat, attended sprint trainings, workout out, etc. About a week ago I ran 100m in 15.07 second at the age of 16. I think I’m going well, I’ll try to improve even more. Thanks for this video!

Six minutes of training per week is all that's required for amazing results. That's six minutes at 100% effort. Can be broken down into 4 sessions, 9x10 seconds full effort sprinting with a walk back in between.

Asians keep their head down through drive phase due to their physiology, most asian physiques possess a long torso and short legs which is optimal for weightlifting(hence their dominance in it) so keeping your head lower allows them to drive behind easier so they can keep up with more long limbed competitors

This isn’t good vertical. This is being good at bending your knees. I’m not saying this is easy because I can definitely not do this but it’s not all vertical.
