The Sprint Project is about building the #1 Resource in the world for Sprinting.
A resource that everyone can use to become faster, improve their health, and or build an amazing body.
This channel was created due to a lack of information available when I got started with sprinting. There were very few websites, books, and videos that made this fun and easy to learn.
I don't claim to know everything but rather share what I'm learning as I testing, and implement new things.

Start trampoline jumping
I used to strike and strained my calf. I changed to reaching and pulled my hamstring... 🤷🏻
You could also run on sand
Does this stunt height?
The scale didn’t lie to him he just broke it
His warm up 2 times faster than me my actual sprinting😹
i mean, a workout with THAT partner does indeed make the workout more fun
The most elaborate and helpful techniques. Thank you, Sir!
I can’t really see but it might because he has small legs
I was 15 I run 60M 7.8 Seconds with Nike Sb Shoes And without this Start machine
What app did tou use for recording the time
Very informative!
Hi bro
Haven't even finished watching the video and I love it
I’ve been trying to improve my sprinting over the past year. I dropped about 15kg of fat, attended sprint trainings, workout out, etc. About a week ago I ran 100m in 15.07 second at the age of 16. I think I’m going well, I’ll try to improve even more. Thanks for this video!
Six minutes of training per week is all that's required for amazing results. That's six minutes at 100% effort. Can be broken down into 4 sessions, 9x10 seconds full effort sprinting with a walk back in between.
Ok
When 6ix9ine gets asked "english or spanish?"
I run at the ground of my toe I don't really get to much pain
Bro where u been great vid but I can't do the free shit not in USA
Asians keep their head down through drive phase due to their physiology, most asian physiques possess a long torso and short legs which is optimal for weightlifting(hence their dominance in it) so keeping your head lower allows them to drive behind easier so they can keep up with more long limbed competitors
i’m 15 ma 100 is 11.6 ma 40 is 4.6 i squat 520
Tuff
Awesome thanks 👊🏽👊🏽👊🏽
Hi I’m in 8th grade and run 11.87 and 23.40 could I get to 22 if I train hard enough and hopefully 11.50?
Velocity based training athletes, fast squats at medium weights.
Great video but I have a question that's debated a lot should the heel touch the ground when sprinting at top speed
i'm just asking, you can sprint faster tham that or it's your limit? should we sprint thr fastest we can?
Are calls recorder for those who cant join live?
@TheSprintProject_ considering becoming a member for my 15 yr old daughter. However I need to ask something before but cant find any contact details on the website!

And what if my goal is to tear my harmstring?
just kidding xD, i started doing this exercise shown in the video not long ago, but i do it isometricly, i try to hold a certain weight with a single leg for the most time possible
This isn’t good vertical. This is being good at bending your knees. I’m not saying this is easy because I can definitely not do this but it’s not all vertical.
I'm 14 and I used to run 13.28 in 8th grade, approaching 9th grade and I run 11.33 as my PR currently after fixing my block start and training a lot more often.
Clyde Hart would disagree with most of what you are saying. Read the book “Breaking Down the Wall”.
Thanks! This will surely help me be faster than I already am.
How long should the sprint workouts be if they are max 2x per week?
Plus la vitesse maximale est élevée, plus la vitesse sous maximale l'est aussi
OMGGG FINALLLY LONG VIDEOS BEEN WAITING FOR MONTHS BRAH
