@@sub2me543 look at some of his races at championships, when he's behind and approaching the line it seems like he just shuts down. Compare that to relays, when he's in the lead he's gone.

I'm footballer, and I'm training for a soccer trial in a month and want to improve faster, but I want to be as fastest as possible, I love speed 🔥⚡ and I'm combining with strength and plyo, cognitive, and technique programs but it's a little bit difficult, to put it all together in a week... I'm from Mexico, do you speak spanish? 🇲🇽

I think the disconnect here is how the CNS (mental health) programs both the neuromuscular & musculoskeletal systems to bring about an Amazing performance 🎭. And vagus nerve + cranial nerves play a key role in performance.

It’s always a good mix of sprinting , weightlifting and for sure jumps

@@saugatphuyal850 no not really , when your are a beginner you are able to do the same exercises like everybody , just with less weight in the Weightroom and probably less runs on the track

Asafa always peaked after championships. He needed about 9-10 races each year.

Su is actually 5'8. Height might be overrated. But don't think there are any world class sprinters shorter than 5'8.
