  George and Don are like an old divorced couple. They both don't give a fuck about Dokken unless it involves themselves. Gorege is Lynch Mob Don is Dokken. They both get defensive when they play together but I can't blame them

  Poor Don. Dokken is and always will be one of my favorites. Years of vocal abuse takes its toll. I have played live for almost 40 years as a hard rock/metal singer and one day my voice just said “no more”.

  I was fortunate enough to see them when don was in his prime he was a great singer. But unfortunately we all have an expiration date. It hurts to see him like this but he has to pay the bills.

  It's a real pity, because you can hear Don still has great tone in his voice, he just can't hit the high notes. Time is a bitch. George, on the other hand... Just superb. God, I love his playing. They had some great songs, and that's their legacy.

  Lynch smashed the metal genre, with mr scary evolution. Very unique tract. Single speed pedal choice doesn't give george"s tract much justice, legacy designated separate double bass much fuller foundation. But each is own within choice.

  The "official " DVD of the reunion is pretty solid, IMHO. Of course, many studio overdubs on vocals and a few on guitars.
