Mr. Akash Goyal is the founder and CEO of company AV Foods. The company manufactures mayonnaise based sauces and dressings and other culinary use products like pizza pasta sauce, chili garlic, schezwan under the brand name “Kasho’s Urban Chef”.
He did his B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering and persuaded M Tech in Food Plant Operations Management from NationalInstitute Food Technology Entrepreneurship & Management. NIFTEM, Sonepat.

    What I read is that one should not exceed 0.5%. so do not exceed 5 grams in 1 liter (1000grams). Please verify as I have. never used or cooked....just advising. what I read. 2-3 grams per liter should be fine

    Yes. But need to tell manufacturer name and repacked by. If you put manufactured by you, it will be your responsibility of product plus manufacturer fssai licence required.
