    Sir..आपकी दी हुई जानकारी से मुझे बहुत हेल्प मिली है । Sir.. मे अपने कुछ प्रोडक्ट शुरू कर के मार्केट में उतरना चाहता हूं । जिसकी तैयारी हो चुकी है । लेकिन मे उसमे केमिकल का इस्तेमाल नही करना चाहता हूं । या ऐसी कोई चीज जो नुकसान नही पहुंचाए । Sir. मे.ज्यूस प्लांट शुरू करने की तैयारी कर रहा हूं । उस मे मिलाने के लिए कोई खास तरह का प्रिजर्वेटिव के बारे में बताइए । जो नुकसान नही पहुंचाए ।

    Its a stabilizer, which stables and thicks the recipe. Some say it as thickening agent. Dont confuse with stabilzer or thicker. Check E415 in ingredients list of the products.

    Ok. At low Temperature , use high speed shear mixture. At high temperature, it mix automatically. But may make lumps if put all together. So Use high shear mixture.

    Hi aapki video se kaafi help milti hai but ek please aap jab weight batate ho k 10kg mei 50g tak use karna hai or /kg mei 5g tak use kar sakte hai toh full recipe 1kg hona chahiye dry and wet ingredients mix karne k baad 1kg hona chahiye. Please batayiye

    Many companies are their. China made bhi h. Check with your vendor. Koi bhi Lelo. Zada difference nahi h quality ka. Rate km ho , vo le lo.
