Plushie is out now! bit.ly/47tMevk Game developer and dark humor enthusiast :)
On this channel, I try to teach you a bit more about the world of video games, both in terms of their lore and their construction.
Ready to go on an adventure? Grab a slice of bacon, and let's go!

Standley parable music.
Some siphonophores can be even longer than lions mane jellyfish Edit actually yeah they are longer since there has been one that was 120 meters(about 400 ft) long
I was expecting giant sturgeon here! Biggest living things on lakes!
I know its Size is not impressive relative to leviathans on this list, but relatively to the lake creatures, its a lot
Yeah, didn't need to sleep anyways.
I think most scary eater creature is this big squid found 40 000 fett below the sea i dont remember how they are called but they look like alines
Respect to the last bacon for responding to EVERYONE
Mr Bacon.... You know what must be done
i just want them to go all in with BIG CREATURES, make me feel small, sow me why big creatures can only exist underwater, make me fear the depths with a sense of respect and awe.
Just so you know, when it comes to dates like these "66 million years ago", "80 million years ago", etc..., the correct way to order it is furthest from our point in time to closest to our point in time So for example "the Megalodon lived from 20 million years ago to 3.6 million years ago" as opposed to "3.6 million years ago to 20 million years ago" Also, side note, the way you pronounce some of these names reminds me of Mr. DNA
Literally just the Deep Dark from Minecraft
Wheres Mr. Peabody and Sherman, im playing Subnautica in real life.
I wanna see how slow it moves
Subnautica players have too much time on their hands
I was already happy from the lack of battle pass but coop too is pretty neato
Monsters inc seatruck fr fr imagine every compartment being a door
I am a marine biologist and I'll break this down for you all. - Japanese spider crabs have weak claws that are nowhere near capable of holding on to or crushing a person, and they live way too deep for even a scuba diver to encounter one. - Ocean Sunfish are incredibly slow moving and are often credited as one of the frendliest fish in the ocean. - The oarfish is physically not capable of eating something larger than a childs foot, even then they dont possess the bite strength to take off a foot, they only feed on jellyfish. And they are also a deep sea fish that you almost never see near the surface unless it's dying. - Giant pacific octopuses are venomous and can give a pretty nasty bite, but they are incredibly shy, and the venom itself is not fatal. - The colossal squid and giant squid live incredibly deep, but they would attempt to prey on you if you were somehow down that far. - Basking sharks cannot swallow anything larger than a basketball, but their skin is.like sandpaper and will hurt if rubbed against. - Whale sharks are the same as basking sharks in terms of how dangerous they are. - Sperm whales will not go out of their way to attack you or your boat, but they can emmit sonar waves that are capable of giving you an instant brain bleed, but this is extremely rare. - Blue whales are completely harmless, and they aren't capable of swallowing anything larger than a beach ball. - Lions mane jellyfish is the only thing here potentially dangerous. They have a mild sting, but their has been cases of people getting tangled in their tentacles.
Bro add a control room 😂
Ice worms are one of my favorite leviathans, next to the shadow leviathan :D
surprised there wasn't dunkelosteus and trilobytes, some trilobytes grew up to 3 meters long, or bigger!
The pengling. Cute but impossible to pat.
Hey last bacon you need to play the red plague mod it's insane
Doing modern deep sea creatures or cambrian creatures (anomalocaris fan) would be really cool.
Thanks
Relatable 😂
Ah i remember suggestinh this video idea! Great video! :)
I have 3 words that can send fear down any Subnautica player's spine they are: "The Gargantuan Leviathan"
Maybe not quite leviathan status, but I would dread running into a group of Xiphactinus
woah this is your least popular video? Nice!
Not sure if someone has mentioned this already, but Perucetus Collosus deserves a mention! It's a fairly recent discovery so we don't have much information on it, but it was big news for potentially being heavier than the blue whale. There's still debates on whether this estimation is accurate, but either way, it would have been huge 👐
The ancient ancestor of the spermwhale that lived and most likely hunted megalodons and had the biggest teeth in earths history with their average tooth being around the size of the average human upper body is called leviathan
As a person who played this game: This is relatable
:D
You should have put icthyotitan instead of shastasaurus, thought to be the largest icthyosaur in the world.
Fair! :)
*BÏG ŚHÀRKŸŸŸŸŸŸ*
Very big :)
I haven’t played a lot of Subnautica but I still love the game (1st one). Co-op mode sounds like a lot of fun.
Sounds awesome :)
666k nice
Eyo :D
I hope I can play it offline solo if needed. Live service multiplayer kind of broke my heart when I heard 😢
You can! :)
IGN is a fucking joke
Yep :)
I’m more afraid of the little horrors like cookie cutter sharks. Maybe afraid of goblin sharks too then because of their weird mouth.
Goblin sharks are proper nightmare-fuel :)
I just hope someone someday makes a mapwider scanner room with the entire holo map. I really like the scanner room
That would be very cool :)
Pliosaurs should be at s tier. Just check at sachicasaurus and monquirasaurus
Fair :)
biggest plot hole to me is how can the void exist? it logically does not make sense for the majority of the planet to be a void comprised solely of microbacterium and ghost leviathan
Yeah I believe canonically it wouldn’t be infinitely deep :)
This may be weird but could you make a video explaining how the other people in the lifepods died?
I have a lore vid on them :)
What video is it?
Imagine if someone made a mod that added prehistoric animals to Subnautica
Would be very cool! :)
You know National Geographic made an article about an extinct species of Icthyosaur called Ichthyotitan severensis that was potentially over 80 feet, or just over 24 meters in length.
That’s super cool! :)
When the Aurora exploded I started hearing goat simulator music
Lmao yes :)
I can't even craft one model😢😢
Fair :D
Sperm whales, on top of everything else, are one of the few animals that have no natural predators other than humans and they emit a sound that can kill humans if they are close enough.
What a crazy cool creature :)
now create it in survival
Oh no :)
didnt know the pokemon “alolamola” had such on the nose inspiration lol
Haha true! :)
If you ever do another of these, definitely dont miss the Dunkleosteos
Sure! :)
