We plan on creating a wide range of original content ranging from media reviews, video essays, discussion on pop culture news, as well as eventually producing our own live-action productions. We're particularly interested in creating content focused around sci-fi, horror, fantasy, and historical genres such as Halo, Star Wars, Friday the 13th, Outlander, and many more!

Fuck dude, Rooster teeth is only a couple months older than me and that's wild to me where it's been a constant for me and how despite all the ups and downs and shit Like, it feels like it's a close friend, you both feel on somewhat the same level of shitflinging each other, it's not someone like your parents or aunts and uncles where they're so much older and it's easy to know they've been there all your time, but someone you grew up alongside as a constant Rooster Teeth definitely also felt like the start of the tide of creativity that flowed onto youtube and the internet, it felt like their efforts and community parted the waves for so many others to go in a similar path
go woke go broke, there is a reason they died, and you can see when it started to die, i stoped watching after micheal and jack had that big cryout thing, it was the most fake shit ive seen in a long time and it just feelt cringy and fake, they did it to try and save their reputation. im glad we have the old AH videos on youtube, i loved the OG gang but i must admit that i loved when they added jermy, matt, trevor and alfredo. wish they all could have seperated from RT and made their own thing, i loved all the shananigans, between videos stuff, the moonballs, the all out chaos and fun they had. for me they died when they fired ryan, they should have helped him and if he had done something illegal wait for the trail and then act.

I didn't expect the tears that this brought. Geoff, so humble, so sincere, such an awesome dude. I'll forever miss the days of the Drunk Tank(before it became the RT Podcast) of Geoff and Jack Achievement Hunter. My heart is too heavy to even write some long, drawn out thing. Just know that I loved Rooster Teeth as it was, not as it became. And they were a big part of my growing up.
All good things must come to an end. Thank you to everyone at Rooster Teeth for the great memories and content over the years. I wish you all good luck in your future endeavors.

Of course people are being dicks, the company we grew up loving actively made bad decisions over and over because they got greedy. The OGs saw this coming years ago and they continued to slowly kill RT in front of us.

If I remember correctly, I believe it was the first or second episode of Halo horse being the first video that I ever watched. I pretty much stopped watching altogether in 2016. I’m pretty sure we can all say we saw the shutdown coming for a long while now but in kinda needed to happen a couple years ago IMO still sucks to see it happen I wish Geoff, Gus, and Michael specifically the best of luck on the road ahead RIP RT YOU WILL BE MISSED.

I loved RT from day one. I had to step away around late 2021 or early 2022. She was part of the reason why I stopped. I loved her years ago and then around Covid she and others started getting bad. Shoving the “wear your fucking masks” stuff for no reason in every RT podcast. I’m not anti masker but her and others would randomly insert that and some anti trump shit multiple times per podcast. I’m not a trump guy either I just find it annoying. I would turn to RT to escape the politics and Covid world we were in and they had to use this platform to bitch about it all the time. They can be talking about halo and then she would randomly cry about masks for 3 minutes for no reason. They caused their own downfall They would contradict themselves every week depending on what the world told them was trendy. Look at how they treated Micah and kdin then suddenly a year later they were calling gay and black people brave. Where was that prior ? Watching old videos they have flipped so hard. Then they say people don’t change yet say they were capable of change wtf
It’s amazing that people are saying why they left and stopped watching rooster teeth and to everyone of those comments the cult of poster teeth is still showing up telling them their wrong and they somehow know better why rooster teeth failed. Guys you stayed on and kept watching RT and were the ones surprised by its shutdown maybe listen to the people who left talking about why they left.
It may feel like the end is soul-crushing, but you are wrong - it is ONE event. The journey, the creation, the collaboration, the teamwork, the love; these are the things that matter. It is okay to grieve for the overwhelming loss, but when you are ready pick yourself up and put that same energy into your new vision. There is no problem you cannot conquer, no change you cannot adapt to. Be a fuckin' badass, like you always were.
I feel no sympathy for him. Ages ago, when he spoke to us directly last time, he had the choice to see the writing on the wall and call things out for what they actually were. But he chose not to, and now he's tied to the sinking ship he thought it would be a good idea to defend. They should have never moved out of 636. What I DO feel sympathy for is what he went through with his wife and daughter. That shit was fucked.

It got to big attracted to many new school internet softies and changed for the worse stupid needles scandals all because they sold out to a company and hired the wrong people. I was introduced to achievement hunter of rooster teeth when I was in the worst part of my life. While I was contemplating if I wanted to continue living, watching gave me joy and laughter when I needed it and still need it. Thank you rooster teeth for getting me through dark times, I will continue watching old achievement hunter and let’s play content to remind me of the good times you gave me when I was at my lowest. it's so sad indeed, but all their sadness is NOTHING compared to the depression this series gave me after the finale of volume 8. I took it so personal. I was crying for weeks! and it made cursed the Rooster teeth hoping they'll also feel the same depression I felt. I guess THIS IS IT! It's payback time.
Geoff has such a big heart. It has always shown. People say RT ended because there wasn't a demand for the content anymore but I strongly disagree. If the original AH guys would get together and dick around while playing games, it will be as popular as it was...

Its honestly been such a journey i cant even remember exactly where it all began for me, halo fails of the week, things to do, red vs blue, rwby, lets plays, office shenanigans, between the games. Started watching when i was in my first year of high school and growing up it was like being a part of a second, chaotic, geeky and loveable family. I got busy with life as you do, but found my way back to bingeing rvb and fails of the week in my downtime and even at work, just made me realise how much weve all grown. As much as it sucks balls, thats life, flying high in april and shot down in may 🥲🥲🥲
